Lorenzo was a fab host. Room was spotless and tastefully decorated. So close to city centre. Guest house was quiet. Mini fridge stocked with water, yoghurt and fruit juice. Coffee machine in the office as well as complimentary fruit for guests. Lorenzo recommended some lovely restaurants that we enjoyed. Breakfast boxes were left at reception from 7.30 am.

Room/balcony a bit dark but might have been down to time of day we were sitting out. Breakfast boxes were fresh but too many bread items (croissant, filled croissant and muffin). In saying this, it's just a comment and not a complaint, it just depends on your palate!

We had a wonderful holiday in Florence and one of the reasons it was so special was because of where we stayed. B&B Mr. My Resort is a lovely little and very comfortable hotel about 10-15 min walk from most attractions. Situated in the beautiful Florentine back streets. Our welcome was perfect and Lorenzo was waiting for us when we arrived. he showed us to our lovely little room which had an air of age and authenticity situated just of beautiful little court yard. The place was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus as even though we were there in early October it was still very warm. The bathroom was small but lovely and had everything needed. We also had a great little fridge which was replenished daily with fruit juice, bottled water, and yoghurt (at no extra cost) and we were able to keep our own food and drinks in there as it was a good size. Breakfast was different but really enjoyable, we would collect it in the morning from the office in a small bag, usually a croissant, sandwich, and a cake. It certainly set us up for the day. Lorenzo also helped us on our arrival with a map and pointed out all of the main sites to see and drew directions on the map. This was so helpful particularly the restaurants he mentioned not far from the property where the food was exceptional. I can’t give enough praise to the accommodation and how it made our stay in Florence better than ever. Thank you to all at B&B MR My Resort. Just to add the value for money was incredible and the accommodation far exceeded our expectations for the money we paid.

I liked everything and there is nothing I didn’t like.

This place is a little gem. Close to the hustle and bustle of Florence, it remains quiet and peaceful, so a good nights sleep every night. The rustic charm complements the Italian lifestyle/experience, and the staff were polite and excellent. The aircon in the room was a godsend, and it was lovely to open the door and sit out in the wonderful courtyard. I highly recommend!

Im being picky - there was a coffee stain on a voile - aside from that, whats not to like? This place is great!

The gems were the 2 people that communicated with us prior to the trip, one being Lorenzo and the sweet gal at the desk. She also reviewed on the map places to eat, visit etc We left wee hours of am to get to the airport and we got a breakfast goody bag, ever so appreciated This place was originally a 13th century building We were probably 6 blocks from all the tourist attractions.

Maybe should have a eve - bring your own wine and visit in the lovely courtyard

Really beautiful room, the ceiling was incredible & the details were amazing! It felt like I was in Italy even with the door shut! Lorenzo was really helpful too & when checking in sat down with a map & went through his recommendations & gave me key information! One night I sat in the garden with a bottle of wine & some bits to eat & it was one of my favourite evenings in Florence, so peaceful & so beautiful

We had a lovely time at Mr My Resort. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, especially Lorenzo who from the moment we booked our stay got in touch with us and helped us throughout our trip. We loved the decoration of the BnB and the scenery. The rooms and courtyard were all in keeping with the Renaissance vibe and the flowers and fauna smelt lovely. We also thought the coffee machines, tea and drinks in the rooms was a lovely touch. The resort was also in a good location close to a local convenience store and only 5-10 minutes from the Central market and main piazzas.

We enjoyed the pastries on offer for breakfast. However, we felt maybe there could have been a bit more variety.

Within short walking distance to attractions. The inside courtyard was a hidden delight. Lots of character throughout the building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy with rooms made daily. Small fridge in the room with complimentary water, yoghurt and fruit juice. Tea making facilities in the room.

Absolutely stunning accommodation. Clean and the little extras in the room were great. The breakfast was good and the coffee especially was great. Good location with a short walk to the centre. A short walk from the train station too but we took a taxi as we had luggage. Lorenzo and Ele were amazing hosts with lots of knowledge if you needed it. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything.

The location was perfect in a quiet street but close to good restaurants and the city life all within walking distance. It was like stepping into a hidden oasis with a charming courtyard where you can sit and relax anytime and have breakfast that is included. The breakfast was an excellent arrangement where you collect your bag of breakfast foods anytime after 7.30am that is left in the reception area. You can also help yourself to hot drinks from the same place. Kettle and fridge also in the room. The bedroom was stylish and quirky. The bed very comfortable. Lorenzo couldn’t have been more helpful. He recommended excellent restaurants nearby.

Place was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city center which we really enjoyed. Lorenzo was very helpful and informative on how to get around the city and what food is best to try and he nailed it. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Florence.

Everything was perfect but if you don't do well with stairs make sure you request one of the lower rooms.
