Very good hotel in excellent location and with parking. Staff very helpful.

Not something I disliked exactly, more an observation, which is that the access to the underground car park is down a narrow entrance with a tight bend, might be difficult for large SUVs.

Modern hotel in a central location. You could throw a stone from outside the hotel to the town main thoroughfare. The hotel has a secure underground carpark which gave peace of mind. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a wide choice of foods to eat, very good. Oliver on the front desk reception deserves a special welcome for the warm reception and helpfully recommended a excellent restaurant for our supper. Oliver even allowed me to practice my poor French without interruption - he spoke perfect English :) Thank you Oliver.

There is nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was helpful. We wanted to use the hotel car park and he gave very good instructions as to how to enter (it was not accessible from the front of the hotel). The breakfast was very good, the room was a good size and the hotel was in an excellent location. From the hotel we easily found the Tourist Information Centre where we took a map of the city and were given an excellent recommendation for some eating places. We found Poitiers to be an interesting place to visit and are likely to return for a long weekend.

There was no downsides as far as we were concerned regarding this hotel. It was very welcoming.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the centre for all the tourist attractions also easy access for bars and restaurants..

Our hotel room was behind the metal grill decoration on front of the hotel and when we opened the window it opened up onto a covered area. This made the room very dark with no view and lack of fresh air. The room had an odd smell so think due to lack of ventilation. We didn’t get down to breakfast late but nearly everthing had gone and it did not get replenished. Access to undergroung parking is very steep and tight. Not for the faint hearted.

The whole experience was way above expectations! Fabulous location, excellent service and breakfast was delicious. Couldn't fault a thing. Loved the water at the entrance- freezing cold and constantly available (much better than plastic bottles in the room)! Absolute bargain and will stay again next time we are going through Poitiers.

I love the feeling of space I get in an ibis styles. Cleanliness is always brilliant. Location was absolutely wonderful - right in the centre of town! Delicious breakfast.

All that space and no bar? It's a bit of a shame, really. Sometimes you don't really want to go out. Again, all that space and the breakfast layout was dreadful!!

Hotel exceeded our expectations, it was lovely and clean, we had a large room, and the beds were superb. Receptionist was very good and explained everything very clearly. Breakfast was very good, and included in the price. Parking was quirky, below the hotel accessed from a rear street, but very spacious.

Huge family room, lovely clean and modern. Perfectly located for the city centre. Breakfast was nice, too. Loved the option to make tea downstairs and bring it to your room. Helpful staff.

All great - to my taste slightly strange interior decor in the main areas - looked a bit 1960s, but what do I know!

The room was huge, and the staff were welcoming. Great location in the town centre. My husband was ill during our stay and we had to stay another night. The staff, in particular a young lady (I'm sorry not to know her name) looked after us incredibly well and with great kindness, ensuring the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. ❤️
