Everything about the Mia Resort Nha Trang was relaxing, thoughtful and elegant. From start to finish we were looked after exceptionally well. + For gluten free travellers, and vegetarians, the care and attention to detail taken with food was next level. Not only did the staff consistently make us feel safe with their understanding of gluten as an allergen, the food was absolutely delicious! Presentation was pretty good too! We informed them on a pre-arrival form and they knew once we turned up. So helpful! + Breakfast was always a wonderful spread with some separate food brought (by pre-order) for my coeliac partner. The staff were always keen to help with any requests that we might have, not that we did! + The room was comfortable, the staff were outstandingly lovely, and facilities - both free (swimming pool, tennis court, yoga session, small gym) and paid (spa, bar, restaurants) - were incredible. + The decor and nature around the resort is pretty and staff were constantly working around the clock to keep it looking so picturesque. Everyone we passed was quick with a smile and most would stop to ask if we needed anything. + Various nights we were there, the live music was a nice ambience/backdrop to our evening meal. + Didn't use the shuttle bus much, but it was very simple when we did and it enables you to access the city relatively quickly. Cannot emphasise enough how welcome we felt and how peaceful this stay was for us.

Have nothing bad to say about this place. We went in the "off" season. There was very little bad weather but even when there was we had a lovely time in the resort, making the most of their activities.

Fantastic lay out across the property in superb settings with lots of space. Golf carts to get from A to B and these arrived in seconds almost. Two very nice restaurants with wide range of food. Breakfast menu was good and catered for all tastes. Views are truly superb.

This location is not for the less abled. While golf carts are readily available, one resturant is one a lot of steps up and down and impossible to access unless you are good with stairs. Beds are lovely but in our location they had a 30 cm ledge each side making it harder to get in and out. Not a problem for us but it would be if less abled.

The location allows you a few days away from the busy Vietnam normality. It is like a tropical paradise. You get what you are paying for, it is well worth it.

The staff, the facilities and the location. The only thing the resort needs is more frequent free shuttles to the city which is 30 min drive, 5 hrs between each service is far too long. The city itself is like Gold Coast of Queensland so 2 hrs enough. If you stay here you want the tranquility and exceptional service of the resort.

Everything was fantastic. The reception when arriving, the staff which are so helpful And kind, the room was absolutely gorgeous. We had two celebrations (birthday And engagement) at Mia And Both celebrations were given attention to from the staff. The staff at the kidsroom, such a Nice And sweet woman looking out for the kids. The food of the restaurant is amazing (Italiaan we didnt enjoy as much). The breakfast is incredible, so Many options And only staff working with a smile on their face. 1. Buggy guys, I mean the permanent staffs drives too fast. I always felt uncomfortable when this happened. I believe the guests’safety and security must come first and especially some trails are steep and look slippery when they’re wet. However, I appreciate the trainee guy who could drive proper speed and makes sure we are safe. Thank you! 2. Shuttle bus driver to the centre, again I think he over-speeded, always did bum to bum with a car in front, overtaking another car when the road is curve and narrow, over-horn . It was very frightening from my experiences and I always prayed to reach the resort safely. It is strongly required a manager’s attention to look into this point of how he drives.

The apartment we had was beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The resort itself was immaculate and very well maintained. It had different restaurants and bars which offered variety of options. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. Anything we asked for they supplied or helped us with. The spa was amazing and the staff, again, very welcoming and knowledgable about the treatments on offer. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful location on the beach

The room could have had a separate area to sit. If somebody wanted to sleep but the other person wanted to still sit and do something there was only 1 chair ( uncomfortable ) or the floor of the bath room if the light on disturbed the other person wanting to sleep. The outside area felt much too big in comparison to the seize of the room. So for this price range more flexible indoor space would have been appreciated.

Almost everything! The staff is simply amazing, and extremely coordinated in their day-to-day operations. Starting with check-in till an early morning check-out, our stay was probably the smoothest out of all our experiences at similar resorts in different parts of South-East Asia to date. We booked a Pool Villa (number 301) that had one of the most spectacular views of the ocean. We literally had a sun-rise wake-up each morning in the east-facing villa. The property is located in between the Airport and the City, with a perfect seclusion from any commotion whatsoever. It was exactly what we expected after a couple of busy days in Ho Chi Minh City — soothing, rejuvenating and peaceful. The entire property is extremely clean, a feat quite hard to achieve in the sprawling area of the resort. Each and every staff member cares for the guests. We particularly remember our laundry service at the resort, where the lady took extra care and immense pride in getting a hair-dye stain removed from a shirt. This diligence is around the campus, and you will feel it in every sphere of your stay. The room was cleaned spotless every day, as was the garden in front and the outdoor patio. The pool in front of the villa was clean too, as were the common pools across the property. We loved the spa at the resort — extremely professional and peaceful. Unlike other experiences we have had with similar resorts, this property did not push-sale anything at all — neither spa treatments nor sea-sports. It seemed very professional in delivering exactly what the guests want, nothing more, nothing less.

We may be nitpicking at this point, but we felt that the resort lacked a little in variety of food options provided at its restaurants and room service. It is still 5-star in flavor and service, but the property may look into expanding the choices a little beyond the standard Vietnamese and Italian dishes.

The limited guest capacity with mainly small to huge villas. Super friendly staff always looking for feedback to improve the service. Food is delicious and many options to choose from (Korean, viet, Italian, etc). Amazing spa therapists.

Not much to spot out honestly. I was there during low season so maybe the activity calendar was at ‘reduced capacity’. I’d suggest to propose free yoga classes for adults on the beach and more entertaining evenings.
