This is the best hotel to stay for a vacation. The staff are really kind and helpful. They are always ready to help us. We received the amazing service from the hotel. Very nice pool. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Everything was same as the pictures. Breakfast and dinner was so good. Specially dinner. They prepared it accordingly to our wish. The person who talked with me was so nice, so kind. He s name is Insaf. He is a great guy. He made my trip so easy. I really appreciate his effort. Other than that remaining staff are so kind. We received great service. I highly recommend this hotel for people who is looking for peaceful evenironme and excellent service. I absolutely loved my stay here! The atmosphere is simply amazing. The staff deserves special praise – they are caring, attentive, always smiling, and friendly. They create an incredibly positive vibe and recharge you with energy every single day. The rooms are a delight. Everything is very clean, modern, and cozy. The territory, although not large, is very green and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden. I especially enjoyed the two fantastic pools and the stunning, peaceful view of the river. And of course, the food! It’s not just delicious but also healthy – the perfect combination for a rejuvenating stay, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed. Special mention goes to the Ayurveda center on the hotel grounds – I am absolutely thrilled with it! The super professional team worked with me from morning till evening. I went through all the services listed on their website, and in just nine days, they healed my neck, cured my insomnia, and restored my energy and strength. It was an incredible experience, spending time in complete silence without a phone. This place has left me with the warmest impressions, and I will definitely come back again!

The location was so amazing and rooms were so clean

The superior rooms matched the photos: they were spacious, clean, with balconies offering lovely views of the river and the beautifully maintained courtyard. The owner initially tried to make up for the booking issue by offering free breakfast and ensuring we could move into the superior rooms we booked on the second day. For the first night, we were upgraded to the more expensive rooms on the boat, which were clean and comfortable, with hot water. The owner was attentive during our stay, recommending local attractions and even driving us to a few places. The staff was professional, friendly, and well-trained.

Initial Room Issue When we arrived, the superior rooms we had booked were unavailable. Instead, we were offered standard rooms, which fell short of our expectations—outdated furniture and mosquitos (the owner promised to install nets). Dissatisfied, we declined these rooms and were eventually upgraded to more expensive boat rooms for the first night, which were much better. However, the inconvenience of not receiving what we initially booked was frustrating. Unauthorized Room Change The most upsetting issue occurred on New Year’s Eve when the staff relocated us from our superior room to another room without our consent. While we were away, they packed up all our belongings and moved them to a smaller room with no balcony and dirty walls, citing that another couple, unhappy with their superior room, needed to be accommodated. We were told the decision was made because we were leaving the next day. This act violated our privacy and trust. Handling a guest’s belongings without consent is entirely unacceptable, and prioritizing other guests at our expense left us feeling undervalued. No explanation could justify this treatment in a professional setting. Lost Laundry Item To make matters worse, a shirt went missing during their laundry service and was never recovered. Although the owner attempted to rectify the situation by waiving laundry fees and offering discounts, these gestures did not outweigh the frustration caused by the unauthorized room change and mishandling of our belongings, leaving us with a disappointing overall impression despite the positive aspects of our stay.
