The staff was exceptional! They welcomed us and referred to us by name and always asked if we needed anything and made us feel cared for! The facilities were great and we spent lots of time hanging out by the pool, lounge area and in our room. We had the pleasure of staying in both the Oceanview Villa and the Beachfront Villa and both were outstanding. If the Beachfront Villa is not booked, snatch it up right away! There is an awesome outdoor area with comfy chairs and a tub and the bed is situated facing the beautiful view. All the finishings and lighting in the room is so well done and we cannot wait until we get to come back :)

avoid swimming in the sea- it’s heavily polluted with sewerage.

We have stayed at Punnpreeda 4 times now and will be staying again in a few days. Relaxed chill vibe in central location Bangrak. Food in restaurant very tasty. Staff polite, helpful and friendly, always on hand to help. Beach front location and short walk to shops, restaurants and bars and also short trip to the airport. The beds here are so comfy, we have stayed in nearly every room. Love the Decor, pool and staff. It's a home from home 🥰 would recommend 10/10

Excellent hotel lovely room just by the pool and a few steps to the sea. All the staff were fantastic, the room was cleaned every day and nothing was too much trouble

We weren’t so keen on the breakfast arrangements this came from the cafe next door and there was only one choice and one coffee. It would have been nice to have fruit or juice included. Saying that it was always well cooked and presented nicely

Very friendly and helpful staff is a real plus to this great resort. We enjoyed very much our stay at Punnpreeda and would totally recommend it. Rooms were always very clean, the pool with coffee and cocktails was very enjoyable and a small gym is a nice addition. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay amazing!

Stayed 3 nights and had a good time. Solid location with lots of stuff to do and only short ride to fisherman's village. Asked the front desk staff what to do one night when we had no plans and he recommended a fire show at Coco Tam's and I think it was the highlight of our 3 night stay! Breakfast at the lighthouse cafe was amazing, I ate there every day.

Shower was cold the first night but we brought it up the next day and they repaired it within 30 minutes. Bathroom Lighting was a bit weak and the caulking behind the sink has started to mold a bit. No deal breakers, just a bit of room for improvement.

We stayed for one night because it was near the fairy and the airport. It is a minute walk to the fairy which was very convenient. The hotel was really nice and clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast is good. If you want to sleep in the center of koh samui this is not the place, but great for a night between transports.

Great location, near Bangrak piers. Everything you need nearby- restaurants, pharmacies, seven eleven, massages, right on the beach, cute pool. Firm mattress. Electric sockets near bed.

The room had a slight moldy smell but not too bad. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but that's AC ...

Very charming hotel just by the ferries going to the islands. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast excellent!!! Eggs Benedict or Smoked Salmon on Avocado and Toast or a host of other goodies. And for running errands they recommended Pom, a really delightful helpful lady who runs her delivery service as well as a small restaurant next door. Thanks for her help that we were able to go and get some IT items that were urgently needed!

room overlooked the pool and you could also see the ocean from the deck very good resturant in the resort. staff very helpful with check in, aranging transportation and very accomidating

large gaps in the sidewalk entering some of the pool facimg bungalows and our daughter steped into one of these in the shadows and hurt her back
