The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied daily. The family room was spacious (and the bathroom was more private than the twin room), and the location felt secure and was close to shops and malls, while still being very quiet.

There was a mix-up with room allocation (a family room was booked, but a twin room was allocated). Staff did their best to accommodate us, though and we were moved as soon as a family room was available. The twin room itself had only a sliding door into the bathroom, so it was not very private.

The staff were the highlight of the experience. They were diligent and met all requests with optimism. Fabio and AJ are excellent hosts! Access in and out of the property was easy and we didn't need to wait for assistance, we could easily and safely come and go as we needed. The units are spaced apart sufficiently so it didn't feel like we were bothering other guests.

Extra toilet paper was not in the bathroom.

Excellent location, very close to shopping centres restaurants. We had a comfortable overnight stay.

Bathroom was not very clean. Plates and cutlery also not 100% clean. We were not informed beforehand that we wouldn't get breakfast even though it was paid for, they tried to make us a little something to compensate but it was disappointing.

Neat and clean quiet beautiful garden and pool staff were willing to make my jungle oats that I brought with me. Perhaps add it to your breakfast menu

Outside by the pool was a flower box with cigarette butts and a black plastic ashtray on the floor outside our room when we arrived

Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. WiFi was good and the gardens well maintained. Secure parking was excellent

Whilst the bathroom was spacious and well appointed, it lacked essential grab handles next to the toilet and in the shower. It is imperative that senior citizens and those with movement disabilities are catered for in this way.

Our stay at the guesthouse was an absolute delight. The accommodation was close to all amenities. They provide spacious rooms and a generously sized bathroom. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful.

Fabio at the front desk was excellent. We arrived late and he waited for us just after 8 in the evening to check us in en take us to our room. He was extremely friendly and professional ⭐️

We found the mattress a little too stiff for our liking but everything else was great

The family unit with a full kitchen was nice especially a fridge. We brought a lot of things with on the long road which need refrigeration. The staff upon arrival was very friendly and breakfast was good and great service again

I’ve booked family rooms 3 and 4 people separately - they’ve just combined 5 of us and 2 - we are luckily family but what if these 5 people didn’t want to be in one unit. I would have liked that they communicate this to me upfront and not upon arrival

location was central, very comfortable, safe, bathroom was so prettily renovated. breakfast was super yummy, made to order. friendly staff.

the utencils were short a spoon and a fork, in the family room. Had i asked i, sure they would have rectified.

Monday morning 13th jan i woke up to a terrible smell that triggered my sinuses, it looks like the garden guy was spraying some sort of repellent on the plants or grass. It was not a pleasant smell.
