Reception was an absolute pleasure. Welcoming and super quick. Booked with them and when we arrived within 5 minutes everything was ready wow you guys rock. Will book at this place anything. Yes it does need a little maintenance but I slept like a baby

I loved it all

The unit was cozy and clean. We were able to walk to the restaurant for our dinner. The staff were cheerful and friendly. They went that extra bit to sort out our breakfast to go as we had an early start the next day. We highly recommend Horseshoe Inn!

There was a bit of noise from customers leaving the restaurant a bit late, but not unbearable.

The room and is well maintained. the staff and receptionist were very helpful. the place is well placed near the mall and lots of shops which is a working distance from all your needs. I won't mind visiting the Horeshoe Inn again.

rooms are very comfortable and value for money. easy access to the garage and walking distance from the mall.

Quietness, the male care taker who escourted me to the room was very friendly also He helped me to carry my laggage. Receptionist also had warm welcome. Keep it up team.

Room was full of hairs on the floor, also headboard was not cleaned something spilled on headboard it was full of maps.

I always stay at the Horseshoe Inn as it is very conveniently located and as I travel for work the room has enough workspace and the lighting is good.

There were other guest close to my room who were very loud and noisy and this carries on toll almost midnight.

I didn't expect such breakfast, it was above my expectations....

There was no bedside carpet as the ceramic is cold... and the when you get out of the shower there was no rubber mat. The issue of keys there was a tenant who opened our door whilst we were sleeping and we couldn't understand how did that happened

I just like everything at Horseshoe that my go to place whenever I visit Northern Cape and the working distance to the Mall

Breakfast was pleasant and more than what I expected. Location is perfect close to everything I needed.

I was with my family and had to share the bed with my kids.

It has a safe parking and it is near to the local shops and a garage

The TV is old fashioned and the Dstv only play boring channels, the room has no microwave, no shower gel and no coffee sachets and tea

We had fun and it was restful. The restaurant was excellent and the food plenty and well prepared
