overall good, notise some light bulb (decorated light) is not working, clean and tidy, lots of facilities , and there is a mini mart to get some junk food / drinks

It is located on the level that have balcony. the view is so nice

Only one mirror in that house. No microwave. could not do any noise as neighbour from downstair can hear clearly.

Desscribing a service apartment where everything else was good except for an unpleasant smell of garbage or waste. This could be a localized issue related to waste disposal or maintenance. It might help to report the concern to the management so they can address it and ensure a better experience for all guests. The problem to excess to MK2 smell of rubbish so bad

It's a nice apartment with an amazing view. Complete with fridge and washing machine.

It is a complicated process to check in; you need to WhatsApp a few people before getting the room key. I do not understand why I need to pay a deposit of RM 200 when I have already paid for the room. Furthermore, you only get one key per room. This is difficult if you travel with family as you need to scan your key when using the lift.

Conveniently and easily accessible to nearby shopping mall and eateries.

Sufficient toiletries not provided. We are a family of 4 staying for 6 days, there were no washing detergent etc for the in-house washing machine and lack of toilet papers for both toilets.

the location is ideal and convenient. the unit i stayed was nicely decorated. the person in charge, David is very personal and very helpful. he helped me keep my baggages for couple of hours after i checked out &had to go out on work. i returned to collect my baggage&he brought it down to me.

no lobby waiting area.. check in &check out is not most convenient.

everything I like..all the facilities function well...the dryer is too valuable for my family...one more thing..the mattress is very soft compared to other hotels I went before.will repeat again

I hope there are more facilities..hair dryer..then the window doesn't have grilles..worried my son opened that window

Everything is good and satisfying. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Well worth staying here. The workers and people around are very friendly and kind.

There's not much I don't like. There is only one thing that I don't like. Parking is charged at RM15 per day. Why not just free, because we pay to stay here. Maybe the management can consider this to be better in the future.

Great location, unit was clean, comfy beds. Love the washer-dryer unit, it was very useful for our family! Overall the condo seemed safe.

Our block entrance was under renovation when we arrived so we had to take another route through car park to our lift.
