The hotel look neat and tidy even though the cafe is no longer in operation. Overall cleanliness at common area is great, including the public toilet at the lobby/cafe area.

There is soap stain on the wall in the shower area of the room, drainage don't look good as water do not flow down as fast and it overflow to the dry area. There were mold on the silicone at the basin area but i know it couldn't be helped as it can no longer be cleaned just like that unless it is being redo. There are also tea stain at the coffee counter top and at the dummy door at the side and I didn't know there isn't any kettle provided. There were some mouldy smell at the corridor and inside the room probably due to the recent rainy days. Lastly, i think it's to change the polyester pillows as it is already lumpy on the inside. Towels were clean but it looks old and yellowish with slight mouldy smell as well.

The family room was very spacious The service staff (counter and security) were very efficient. He contacted us before we reached, ensure that he passed our room key to security before his shift ended so that we were able to get into our room. Wifi strong, parking ample for hotel guest and room spacious.

The room is very spacious. The bed is superb and comfy. i had a very restful weeks and i really took this opportunity to have a break and long rest. lucky that the bed is comfy and the pillow is smooth that i really had a very good sleep and rest.

the water heater only function on the first bath we take. after that and on the second day, the water heater did not function at all. so we didnt enjoy the shower much. even the sink dont have any water heater. imagine after waking in a very cold bed then no water heater during shower.

Friendly staff, very flexible and considerate. Room layout is interesting, we had a good sleep. Comfy beds. Huge bath n toilet area. Lobby area set up is beautiful. Photos friendly.

Lighting in the rooms could be better. . need more light in room for ironing or make up.

The room is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The Colour scheme is quite okay. The shower was a little confusing to use at first. There was an electric iron and board, the toiletries were adequate, the coffee & tea sufficient and the fridge working well. Location was excellent

The hotel closed the cafe and I miss the English breakfast the hotel offered before this. The advertised food was none to be had. We had to order food elsewhere for breakfast

everything was perfect..beyond my expectation with reasonable rate. strategic location. All the staffs are nice and helpful. superb hospitality

the controller of the water heater is quite difficult to use. The parking space is quite limited. but luckily i managed to get a space everytime i returned to the hotel

Great location. 2 nice eateries literally downstairs. A mala hotpot and Japanese. Across the road - KEDAI KOPI HENG MUI- an old school Kopitiam opened in 1968. Room (deluxe) was spacious. Huge bathroom. Clean and no smell. Lift access.

Sound insulation a bit weak. Door shutting quite disturbing especially at night. TV nothing much. Either poor reception or no signal. But not important.

The Family Room is best to fit 5 of us (2 adults & 3 kids). The environment is good and the strategic location

Enough to fit my family in the room with convenience beds.

the toilet has an awful smell - like cockroaches. both of the towels have stains on it.
