Small hotel, great polite staff with smiles on their faces, possibilty of luggage store when your room is not ready yet, clean towels, beautiful refreshing pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around, delicious breakfast

Vanisko hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely amazing. From the car parked outside, you could leave the key at the reception and they would have moved it without even disturbing you and the car was always close to the entrance. The people of the hotel were the things I loved the most. From the people at the reception desk, always smiling and happy to help, to all the people of the restaurant, always available and nice. I really really loved it. I never seen such a high quality people in a hotel. Food was amazing with a large choice possibility. The swimming pool was outstanding and the room was so so so perfect. I got a free upgrade of the room and my room was literally stunning. Also all the cleaning ladies in the rooms where so nice and helpful. I really really reallly recommend this hotel. Quality price also was amazing.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Free wifi was nice and the staff were helpful. I rented a car from them as well which was half of the price from renting from a regular car rental place. This was great since I could also just leave the car there when I was done.

My one complaint was that you had to pay for a pool towel and were not allowed to use the towels from the room. It seems a little nit picky but, just charge me the extra $3 dollars for the room instead of charging me at pool side for the towel.

The staff was really friendly, we had to find quickly another room as our airbnb was a disappointment. They let us check-in and enter the room earlier as supposed. The tips that they gave us were to the point. Everyone was really kind and with the smile on the face, although they were working a lot of hours. The breakfast-buffet had a wide range of local delicacies. There was a bus station near the hotel, so that the centre was really easy to access.

Due to travel issues, i booked this hotel at 2am. When i arrived i was able to check in and get a room in 2 minutes. The gentlemen was extremely helpful, and when i was leaving hotel at 6:30am , he suggested that i go and have a hotel breakfast, even it starts at 7am i was able to have a meal so i dont go to airport with empty stomack, which i highly appreciated. Then gentlemen called a taxi for me which showed up in 3 minutes. Even i stayed in hotel for less than 4 hours, courtesy and humanity made superb experience.

The hotel was wonderful, personel very helpful, food very good. Clean and nice. The pool was great, frappe with ice cream a delight :) Not far from the beach and a supermarket. Close to the bus stop with a bus that goes directly to the airport, which was handy.

The French representation for the Mediterranean Beach Games, they were loud and disruptive, shouting and banging doors at all hours of the night and day (waking people up because apparently they don't know how to close a door without slamming it and shouting instead of using a normal voice volume) - but that is NOT the fault of the hotel!!!

Staff from chambermade to the chef were amazing, helpfull and let us to feel special. Food was various and very tasty. Large room with balcony and comfy beds. There is a fridge in the room, we asked for a kettle and our wish came true. Very large swimming pool. All was good.

The location isn't perfect but it's easy to get a bus into the city center;
