The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a double queen room and a king suite. Both were clean, roomy, and provided everything we needed and more. The location was exactly where we wanted to be.

Just 3 small issues. 1) The king suite was huge but did not have a table & chairs. 2) The bathroom was huge, but the shower was small and needed some adjustments. 3) We appreciate that this facility was pet friendly, but there was no encouragement to pick up after them. We would have liked to have a pet pickup station at each end of the building. We provided our own bags, but the only trash can was in the front. As I said, these are minor issues but would have been nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good parking if needed. The shuttle to and from the airport is excellent and timely but be sure to have a way to call for pickup. Breakfast is help yourself to the basics but choices are more than adequate no matter if sweet, nutritious or a combo is your choice.

Because there are only 2 stories there is no elevator which makes hauling baggage up the stairs a bit of a chore. Nonetheless, staff is willing to help if beed be. Hint: When booking ask for a ground floor room if you don't want to deal with stairs and luggage. Although the location of the hotel is convenient to the airport and very safe, if you are not driving be aware that it is in a strip-mall style suburb so not an area for walking to stores or restaurants but the shuttle runs to the local casino (gambler or no) it has a respected restaurant.

The staff is excellent. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. My room was quiet, comfortable and I slept well. The shuttle service to the airport super easy and I choose this hotel whenever I have an early departure or late night arrival from GEG.

The breakfast is fairly basic but whatever your taste it is easy to have sweet, nutritious or both. Although in the past the coffee was alwasy hot, it was cold both times I stayed here this trip. Surprising yes, but staff made fresh pots upon being alerted to this.

The room was small, but you get what you pay for, plus I wasn't staying in the room all day. It was comfortable.

I checked in, they were full. I was placed in room 123, right next to the lobby. So needless to say I heard everything to include the phone ringing and "Hello, Days Inn how can I assist you!".... I heard people talking and laughing in the lobby all night, heard pots and pans....no idea what that was, until I went to get breakfast at 6 and realized I was also right across from the kitchen. I called at 4 AM and was asked to be moved, I was staying 2 nights, I had to wait until 3 PM. I was moved and it was much better!

Clean, and updated. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! When I came into the room and sat down on the bed, I immediately said “what kind of bed is this”?! Nice fluffy pillows, clean white linens, rooms were updated and smelled clean!

Nothing that I didn’t like. There is no elevator, for some that could be an issue, but one could always request a ground floor room.

We arrived late night and left early in the morning for our flight to Vegas, and same on the way back. Left our Jeep safely in the parking lot and took the free shuttle to the airport. Oh and there was a ice dispensor and water bottle fill up by the front desk, which was great! Everything was a breeze!

The pillows were small, but there were a lot of them, so it was still comfy!

The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! We had a late check in and left at 3am for the airport. She made sure we knew about the shuttle and even gave us a few things for breakfast. She went above and beyond. It is very close to the airport and super convenient

The shower barley had any pressure and it was quite hard to rinse shampoo out or even soap off

We were stranded in Spokane and unable to check into our 30 day rental due to a mistake by another facility. It was very stressful to be arriving late at night to find out our reservation wouldn’t be honored. The staff member working at the front desk of the Days Inn Airport was incredible - kind and caring. She literally turned our situation around. We were able to feel safe until our other apartment reservation was made available. Thank you!!

Was clean and felt safe

The breakfast buffet was horrible. Bannans rotten, no eggs or sausage / bacon .. there was a container for them but they never got filled. The biscuits were hard as rock. If you are expecting a nice filling breakfast.. don’t.

Everything! Wonderful staff at the front desk!

We had trouble with an electrical outlet between our beds. The front desk manager brought in an extension cord. When we came down at 4:30 am, the other front desk manager made coffee available for us. The airport shuttle driver was friendly and helpful.
