This very cute hotel was right in the lakefront. Gorgeous view. On top of everything you want to see and explore. Clean and modern room. Stunning bathroom! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!! It was great!

The hairdryer on the wall would not have gotten hair dry if I spent an hour under it. I didn’t ask if there was a different hair dryer I could borrow from the desk. I just didn’t wash my hair (kinda annoying). The gentleman who checked me in lacked warmth. Very cold demeanor. After checkout he is asking for payment. I booked thru booking.com, so I’m not sure what he’s up to.

Amazing location overlooking the water right on Lake Garda. We had 3 different rooms which were all priced very well. The breakfast was awesome and the meal we ate at their restaurant was also one of our best meals while in Italy! We would gladly stay at this hotel again!

Parking was included, but was roughly a 10 minute walk to the lot. The location to check in and carry bags down from our vehicle (different than the parking lot) was also about a 2 minute walk from the actual hotel. Wasn't an issue for our group but might be for some travelers.

The location of the hotel was great a few minutes walk on the front if arriving by ferry. Lovely breakfast outside with great views. It was a nice size bedroom and bathroom we had booked lake views which were fab and also had air con.. We ate an evening meal in the restaurant and got 10% off if staying at the hotel The food was good and reasonably priced. We arrived by bike and were able to store in the hotel for the night. Plenty to do round about loads of bars and restaurants.

Liked everything but just to make you aware access to reception is up a flight of stairs no lift should you have walking difficulties. Rooms are up further stairs but there was a lift from the 1st floor.

A modest hotel situated within yards of the lake offering very comfortable accommodation, excellent food and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended hotel. As we were leaving early in the morning the manager arranged a taxi to take us to Verona airport. The taxi turned up ahead of time and the fare was much lower than I had found on the internet. The driver Massimo Zazzaro is also highly recommended.

Description says there is parking. Hotel is in pedestrian zone but as we thought we were able to park on site we drove on regardless ( which no doubt annoyed everyone) We were given a parking permit for which we were charged a refundable €20 and given the address of a car park around 10 mins walk away. In temperatures of 30 + degrees we were not impressed to have to walk back in that heat with our suitcases. No lift to reception on first floor but there is a lift from first floor to second. The hotel is lovely but not great for anyone with mobility issues

Located right on the edge of the Lake, small 6 room hotel with good restaurant attached providing an excellent buffet style breakfast, served in the outdoor space adjacent to harbour. 200 metres to Ferry or Bus. Wide choice of restaurants on the doorstep. English speaking, professional and attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere. One of the few hotels that stays open all year. Good wifi throughout the room and outdoors area, just check you have connected the right one as the hotel has several SSIDs, one of which is for staff use only.

Location is exceptional if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife. Very comfortable room.

If you’re driving in, the parking lot is very far away and there isn’t a great place to drop bags either. If you show up with a backpack for instance, it’s a pretty easy 15 minute walk from the parking lot. On the other hand, if you show up with bigger bags, it’s a little more of a pain.

The location was perfect. The room was quite big and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very cute. We had also a lunch here and that was also very tasty.

The bed was hard, very hard. It was no reception area and I saw people searching for it instead of asking where it was, they were not so very happy. We asked and the waiter found a person pretty quickly.

Breakfast had a good variety and main meals were delicious. Liked proximity the water and ferry and shops

Didn’t have a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom. Didn’t have a small balcony attached to the room to sit outside

The location in Garda is second to none. Right on the lake front and easy access to all that Garda has to offer. Our bedroom was huge. The hotel is very old and you feel privileged to have stayed in one of the first buildings ever to be built in this town.

We liked everything, so no complaints at all.
