The location is just great. Metres away from the ferries and on the end/start of the water front where you will find a string of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. In need of minor improvements like a lick of paint although I would say that we were here during the last phase of the season. Our room was on the first floor with a large balcony which included a table and 2 chairs and 2 sun lounges. The lake view was slightly hindered by the row of trees but don’t let this put you off. Remember the location is 10 out of 10. Remember you are not staying at an all inclusive resort so don’t expect the full array of breakfast items. What is provided is fresh and plentiful and just what you need for the day ahead. The restaurant associated with the hotel is really classy and the wine collection is top quality, and all really reasonable priced. All the staff were so helpful and the hotel manager was a lovely man.

The balcony over looking the lake...

Not much facility in the room. There is no kettle nor welcome free bottles of water in the room. We had to pay 3 euro per a small bottle of water fron the hotel fridge! We couldn't make any coffee when we need one because there is no kettle and there is no pay coffee machine either. The patio door to the balcony is made by heavy wood and it has a sensor link to the aircondition. As soon as you open the wooden patio door the air-condition stop working! The first night when we were there, we slept in the very hot room! The view of the lake outside our heay patio door made up to these problem!

The location. The breakfast was really plentiful and varied. Antoniella is an exceptional member of staff who made our stay more enjoyable and welcoming Bed linen and towels were very clean....towels changed daily

The rooms would benefit from being updated. An English news channel would have been good. My electrical products did not work despite having the recommended adaptors..so travel kettles irons and hair straightners do not work in the rooms.

I have now stayed in hotel Miralago for the 2nd time and I have never been in such a cozy hotel. Nice rooms, great shower, very nice beds, it's super clean. And the staff, so very nice, sweet, helpful and pleasant. The food in the restaurant is fantastically tasty and the service exceptionally good. And if you're not willing to pay €2 "coperto", you just shouldn't go on vacation haha! Thank you for our nice stay and see you next year!

I booked it for the LOCATION. Almost on ferry jetty. Many dining options immediately in one direction on promenade and a welcome quieter stretch of promenade the other. Breakfast great. Staff extremely helpful. Clean. It was not a luxury room but it was great value for money.

Location, Location, Location!! What more is there to say! Family run hotel and restaurant right on the lake front in the centre of Garda. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Great value for money, particularly as we stayed at the height of the season.

The hotel is extremely well located. The beach area, restaurants and the old town are all very close. The rooms are somewhat small, but this is to be expected for hotels in the area. The hotel's own restaurant serves delicious meals. Breakfast is quite plentiful considering the country. The people at the hotel reception were very pleasant and helpful. The car has to be parked away from the hotel, but this can be done free of charge.

Location! Perfect, right on the promenade with great views of lake. We booked room on 3rd floor with Terrace which was a suntrap for relaxing on. Staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is continental buffet.

The staff was just as amazing as the view. The location surpassed our expectations. You can walk for miles. While enjoying our breakfast we met a couple that has stayed at Hotel Ristorante Miralago four times. We hope to come back again and again as well!

Located so close to the lake, shopping, bars, restaurants and ferry service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My family and I strongly suggest the rooms with the lake view. It truly made our visit worthwhile! Our sunset photos are amazing. Stay more than 2 nights, you’ll be glad you’ll be glad you did.

The property was in a great location right on the lake front! We were glad we paid a little extra to get a lake front terrace as it was lovely. The staff were so lovely and attentive! The owner checked us in and gave us a glass of wine on arrival which was a really nice touch (and delicious!) The lady who did breakfast every morning was so kind and always remembered our coffee orders and that I was gluten-free.

The air con could’ve been a little more powerful/colder but it wasn’t too bad.
