Very clean, comfortable beds, loved the wings in the restaurant and how close it is to Port Sydney Beach. 15 mins from downtown Huntsville if you need to go into town.

The lodge is very cozy and nice, it has a very nice restaurant with the best chicken wings in town. The outdoor fireplace is inviting and the lounge is very cozy. Complementary breakfast was very basic, however it was appreciated since no many places offer it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the washroom was clean and exactly as showed in the photos. The crew was very nice, always smiling and helpful. The lodge is located in Port Sydney, only 12 min away from Huntsville, and 3 min away from a very nice and quite beach, we really enjoyed our paddled board and kayak time there. I definitely will come back : )

Loved the location and the room was spacious, really enjoyed the patio. It was also incredibly quiet, bed was comfortable. Location was pretty and a short walk to the bay.

It was the off season, so no contact , no staff. It felt like a bit of a security issue, anyone could have walked in at any moment. If there had been an issue with the room, there was no one to speak to. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, I found a wad of hair in the bed. I don’t imagine staff(if there is any) were staying as on top of cleanliness because there was almost no one staying in the hotel.

Breakfast was questionable, coffee was great. The location to the beach is great 3min walk. The room was what the picture showed, very comfortable bed, great size room and bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic. The restaurant Wingsport was great, I can't say enough about it. I would go back in a heart beat.

I understand we are not paying top dollar and I don't need new sheets towels bed made every day. I am ok with a few days use, however at least take out the garbage from the rooms. I had to take it out and put a new bag in. Also it was hard to find a front desk employee to answer questions. I would still go back for price and location

We went for one night stay. The place was clean and it has all the necessary amenities. Price is unbeatable. Overall the stay was pleasant. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was part of the lodge. The food was good.

The breakfast was disappointing, not because they were few items. I understand that it is difficult to offer anything better within this price. However, I found them to serve expired bagels. I didn’t like this fact. They served mostly extremely sweet items, therefore, I couldn’t have them either . If you are offering breakfast, then it is advisable to serve fresh ones.

It was very friendly and the locals we spoke to were lovely. Food was very good, chicken wings best we’ve tasted. Felt very comfortable and safe. Room was as expected and bed was very comfortable. Only arrived about an hour after booking as we were on a road trip and needed a place to stop off for an overnight and so glad we did. Very quirky little hotel/resturaunt, would definitely recommend even if it’s just for food.

Staff is very friendly and cares about your comfort. There’s a restaurant in the same building that serves Muskoka’ best wings apparently and we tried them and they were pretty good! It’s a two min walk to port Sydney beach so makes it really convenient for a nice walk by the lake.

It’s a bit far from downtown Huntsville so if you’re looking to eat out every night then it might not be best place.

The bed was very comfy, and I loved the wall mounted fireplace. Breakfast setup was pretty good, and I love the atmosphere at this location. We've stayed here several times through the past 3 years, and never have a bad experience. The restaurant on site has great wings!

My only complaint is that the room listing said it had a balcony, but it was ground floor with no direct access to outside. I suspect the room info describes multiple rooms, judging by the photos. Was not a big deal though.

The gentleman owner was so welcoming. He was very busy and away from the desk, which I didn't mind at all because he said he was just a phone call away if I had any questions or problems. The king bed and sheets were amazingly comfortable. And the bar fridge was great for putting my snack in from my travels.

Because I cleaned for a living, I did notice a few things that could have been cleaned a bit better. Toothpaste splashing on the wall in front of the bathroom sink, the light sconce was very dusty, and the patio door was very dirty. These are not complaints by any means, just, I hope, helpful observations.

The 3 Pines Lodge was great! This was my first time visiting Canada and the 3 Pines Lodge did not disappoint! It was comfortable, the breakfast each morning was very convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The heating worked well on those chilly Fall evenings on Mary Lake. Wings Port restaurant downstairs had great wings and I even got to meet some local folks while sipping on a local beer at the bar.
