This was a very nice hotel and very pocket friendly as well. Although the bed was a little to hard might be great for some but with having back surgery it wasn't so super for me. This is a smoke free hotel which I loved that. We did have an aroma throughout the night that was not pleasant. We did tell the hotel front clerk about it as she apologized for it. I do understand you can't stop it all. This hotel is pet friendly so if you don't want to hear dogs barking this is not the place for you. It did not bother us as we have fur babies of our own that we were missing. So it was comforting to hear. We would stay here again. Down side for some no pool. Again not a problem for us. Thank you for having a clean hotel and very clean rooms at a great price. Very Friendly staff!!!!!

The weed smell throuout the night.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. My dogs had plenty of area to walk around and do their business and there is countless options for food very close by

Our toilet was a little messed up, had to jiggle the handle for the stopper to sit right on the drain, sometimes the plunger would get stuck so we would have to help it a little but it was manageable. Had a slightly hard time getting the room a good temp but that wasnt a huge problem either

Coffee was always fresh especially during the night shift. Elaine always made sure there was fresh coffee for everyone. She is amazing, made us feel like we were home. She offers advice on where to go for entertainment and food places to eat. Elaine is always pleasant and greets you with a smile. During her shift she made sure that anything you need was taken care of, if it wasn't she left a note for the next crew, then she followed up when she was back to work. An employee like Elaine makes you want to come back.

Room was nice! Beds super comfy! I love how our room window faced the woods so no bright artificial lights coming in throughout the night which is often the case at other motels. Most everything was clean and fresh! No bad odor.

The bathtub/shower really needs some work. And the window AC unit was full of black mold.

was surprised to find luggage carts in the lobby to use to bring in our luggage, saving us several trips to the car. Had a small ice cream case in the lobby too.

The room didn't have a coffee maker. Couldn't plug in microwave with same outlet as refrigerator. outlet too tight to allow the plug to be put in.

Room was as described and expected. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated being able to bring my puppy at no charge.

Only one luggage cart was available and it had a mind of it's own. Ice machine only being available on 1 floor. It was on the first floor and I was on the 3rd.

To my knowledge, they only had coffee in the morning. For the price, that is ok. I loved that it had indoor corridors. We received an amazing price for the room.

For a recently renovated room, the bathtub was a little old and stained.

LOCATION IS WONDERFUL! WALKING DISTANCE TO GREAT DINING,ETC. PARKING LOT WAS BRIGHT AT NIGHT AND SPACIOUS AND EASE OF CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT. FRIENDLY FRONT DESK AND OWNERS. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COOL AND TOWELS REPLACED OFTEN. SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN (POSSIBLY THE OWNER) WHEN I CHECKED OUT OF ROOM 106 ON JUNE 5 AND HE WAS FRIENDLY AND INVITED ME TO RETURN. HAVING TO LEAVE!

This is our get to hotel whenever we are in kingsland. This was our 4th stay. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And they are pet friendly.

We liked everything, it was ver very clean and the staff, especialy the women were awesome. a big thank u :)

Nothing not to like but would be cool to have a coffee maker in the room, but anyway there was always good coffee in the lobby
