Location is excellent. It was our first time Ksamil and we didn't really know the area. When we arrived we discovered we were literally as central as you can be. Shops, supermarket and excellent restaurants are literally 30 seconds walk. The beach is no more than 5 mins away either. The room was more than ample and had a lovely balcony to sit out on and watch the buzz of the town. The bed was large and very comfortable. We read negative reviews about the bathrooms. They are wet room style but we loved it. The shower water drained just fine and with the heat, the bathroom was completely dry in just a few mins. The receptionist also got us out of a pickle and offered us laundry service which we desparately needed. We dropped it off at 11pm and by next morning we had washed and neatly folded clothes for an incredibly reasonable price.

Breakfast wasn't great. The selection was OK but as a fan of coffee I was dismayed that they only had awful soluble coffee to mix with water. They can make you a proper barista coffee but you have to pay extra (although very cheap so no big deal). The food on offer varied each day and it was passible but not the best. Still, nothing that would discourage another visit. Just don't have very high expectations. Rooms are not serviced every day. Only every other day.

Great location for the hotel. Nearby Supermarket. Near the beach and the hotel surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Hotel pet-friendly. We travel with the dog. Very tasty breakfast. Every morning for breakfast, something was changed from the dishes and there was no uniform food. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has its own parking. Reviews are based on our trip in the off-season and how there is during the season can not tell. In the off-season there are not lot of tourists on beaches and we had peaceful rest.

Everything was great and there were no things to dislike.

Very attentive and friendly stuff. Perfect location of the hotel with a walk distance to the everything: beautiful beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Delicious breakfasts didn't leave us hungry. The room number was extra clean with very good facilities and comfortable bed. We didn't understand why some guests complained about the shower. For us it was pretty good. We liked our comfy balcony with a gorgeous view. The private parking was a huge plus for us. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The balcony with sea view offers amazing views of the beach. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice, it was not a buffet. The hotel is located in the heart of Ksamil, within walking distance from plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in a very lively area of the city. The beach is within a 5min walk. The location is not the quietest as there are some clubs nearby Parking was available in front of the hotel.

The only negative point is that there is no elevator.

We stayed for three nights in Ksamil at Hotel Murati, two families. Our welcoming at reception was very friendly and fast check in. Booked room with sea view and it was woww! Full panorama on the sea, islands and opposite Corfu. Room was clean, good air-con and wifi strong. Breakfast delicious and daily a bit different. Location is just some steps from restaurants, supermarket and centre, like 100 m from beach area. We took the car to nearby most relaxed beaches as Ksamil beaches quite load, party beaches. So in 4-5 km found beautiful places to relax with crystal clear water. Staff at hotel and owner very friendly! Thank you!

Staff was very nice, kind. Check in was awesome, we arrived in late night and they left us keys and note with everything we need to know. Room was beautiful and balcony too. Everything was clean. Breakfast was awesome - there was everything you want and more. Free drinks and coffee too. Locality was great - close to the sea, market and restaurants.

Little noisy street. Who wants quiet should pay for room with sea view. We was okay with street. There was some ants in the room, but not many. Toilet paper can’t be flushed to the toilet.

The attention and service from the manager and employees was outstanding! We had dinner both nights at the hotel restaurant, and the mexican inspired sea bass, chicken and octopus was undescribable delicious. The sea view from our rooms was very nice, and here it was also more quiet than the beach hotels, although the beach was only 5 minutes walk from Murati. And least but not last – it was a big plus for us that the hotel accept dogs. Thank you so much! We will be back.

If you like to sit in the evening with your second half, place is for you. Perfect night view. Litle loudly, but good. Beaches are close. Breakfast was realy good. Overall - worth the price.

Few things: shower little to small and splash everywhere. Air conditioning direct blowing to bed, so its little anoing. But overall clean, good joice.

It was amazing the stay! We had a great view from the balcony and the room is really comfortable. The breakfast is really great and it varies from day to day. Very typical breakfast with feta cheese and nice cakes and pastries.

Well nothing really to complaint. It is quiet noisy during the night from the nightclubs and restaurants around but I believe this is everywhere in the city.

I liked that it was very close proximity to the beach and accessible to taxi or bus as well. Yes you can hear music from the beach but it usually stops at around 1-2AM we noticed. So we were not bothered. It's just a faint sound as well. We went 2nd week september though. So maybe less tourist? But yeah we didn't mind the noise. The room is clean and they provided us with tiny shampoo and soaps. The best part is our view. We had the sea view room and it was worth the money!

Only downside, we booked in pounds online and when we arrived we wanted to pay by lek cash but the exchange rate was so low. So we ended up paying by card.
