The resort overall was great for families. Also loved the location and proximity to the beach

Some of the staff were nice and some were not. The front desk manager was very unfriendly but the woman checking us in was polite. The staff at the onsite store followed us around the entire staff and the security team was not pleasant at all. We did wonder if raciam was a factor. Every day we had to sneak chairs on the beach or others would help us because the staff on the beach wouldn’t put out chairs after 3pm for us. It put a damper on our trip. The hotel across the way had much nicer staff- La Cabana. We wouldn’t stay here again

Apartment space and close proximity to beach.

That it didn’t have more food options such as fine dining at the hotel.

Great pools and very close to Eagle Beach. We booked a one bedroom suite with a kitchen and it was nice to be able to cook some meals at "home". The room is stocked with all of your basic needs. There's a giant grocery store within 5 min walking distance to the hotel where we got amazing pineapple chicken skewers and cooked on the hotel's grill. Uncle Tony's bar makes amazing cocktails, so if you like to drink, definitely give them a go! The staff was also very helpful! Alvrindra at the front desk was great with our checking in and also helped get us late checkout. She seemed the most knowledgeable of all of the staff members. Pablo, the bell captain, was also very nice and helped us store our luggage while we hung around until our flight. I never got our housekeepers name, but she did an amazing job cleaning our room every day. She was so kind and professional. We stayed in room 3516 from June 7th 11th, so I hope she gets some sort of recognition for her great work!

There's only one restaurant with limited breakfast options included. The food was tasty, but hardly any healthy options. It was just eggs, cheese, and bread, or you could get a fruit platter with bread. I like all of these things, but if you stay for several days, it gets old fast. There were other options like omlette or eggs benedict, but you had to pay for them as they were not part of the breakfast package. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid for breakfast included and just paid for the better options as we went. Hopefully, in the future, the "breakfast included" options have more variety! 🙏

We either cooked our food / or we ate off premise! It was great to have a kitchenette so we had the options to do this.the best breakfast was at Keshi di Hulanda was amazing!!! Plus Foti tours was the best tour guide in Aruba! 🇦🇼

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was a problem with the taxi driver. There was a bit of inappropriate talk and walking into restaurant to say he would bring us back when we went into the flying fishbowl. He tried to force his way to bring us back to the hotel when we apparently ordered another car service!! The concierge at Flying fishbowl took notice and handled the situation well making sure we went with another cab service …

The Resort was beautiful, people were nice, great amenities, and everything in good working order.

I'm sorry to say the location near a water treatment facility, the wind was not blowing very much during our stay, and the smell from the water treatment facility made it hard to be outside. We spent most of our time on the beaches, so it wasn't too bad of a problem. It could be shocking when leaving the room, especially in the evening.

The location was the highlight of the hotel! Just a 4-minute walk to Eagle Beach and the Super Food store—total game-changers. Since the resort isn’t all-inclusive and dining out wasn’t in our budget, we made full use of the in-room kitchen and stocked up on groceries from the nearby supermarket. The pools on the property were fantastic, and we loved having access to their grills (just make sure to reserve ahead!).

The rooms could use some updating, as they feel quite outdated, and it seems like the last renovation was done quite some time ago. The window blinds were also a bit unusual and not very practical, in my opinion. We had to contact the reception several times to address issues like the refrigerator and to request extra bedding.

This resort is a very good value Clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful The beach is beautiful and so are the pools Make sure to enjoy the Aruba Ariba soda at the bar at Tony’s The happy hour is not only 2 for 1 drinks but also good music: dance , good DJ fun karaoke! We enjoyed our stay The sports bar has good hamburgers and lively atmosphere too The supermarket is within walking distance with a good cafe and all the essentials We had a very good time and will come back to stay here on our next trip to Aruba

The fact that the WiFi network wasn’t accessible from the beach The people staying at The Cabana had WiFi on the beach while us, the guests from Eagle Aruba , no access Also they should provide body lotion in the suites and a welcome package with coffee and tea It would be a nice touch!

Room Type - Premium was great as we were on the first floor with table outside facing the Waterfall. Room was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable, and pillows a bit meh. Overall, really liked the room. Satisfied with the resort. BTW resort was split in two with Cabana being the other resort which you walk through to get to the beach. It seemed a bit nicer with larger public areas and more restaurants.

At 3 pm fun and games were soooo loud it was hard to sit at the pool on the other side of the restaurant where we were which was away from the activities. Don't think we need the booming bass. Cut our time short and we left for the day.

Pools and facilities were great. Staff was very helpful. Parking was great. We loved the beach access and chairs. Hotel has access to a really really beautiful beach

The location isn’t really walking distance to restaurants and shops, so we had to drive or take cabs everywhere. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just good to know. If we were staying for longer, cooking and having the kitchenette in the room would have been great; but for our purposes would have been easier to be in walking distance to stores.

Very nice resort! Great facilities. Awesome place for the whole family. The pools are great. Food is also great. A lot of entertainment. There's always good music playing. Live band everyday. Just great vibe at the resort. Walking distance to very beautiful eagle beach. Good location. Very friendly staff (except a few at the reception).

There were some not so friendly employees at the reception. Would be nice if the rooms could get some remodeling/new furniture. Especially the couch and chairs are old and have stains.
