Front desk person (looks like Clay Aiken) was great & accommodating. The room was clean, soft pillows, daughter loved pool & hot tub. The cafe had great food & portions for the value. The male server was friendly and provided great service. Housekeeping personnel were also friendly & quick to resolve room issues.

First room assigned the window shades didn't work, second room assigned had only 1 bed then 3rd room the phone didn't work. Fortunately Clay Aiken lookalike provided us free breakfast vouchers. The female cafe server was not friendly & seemed not wanting to be there. She intentionally tried to ignore me as I was trying to get her attention while she was eating a bag of chips( unprofessional).

I didn't get chance to eat breakfast due to me being so comfortable and not being able to get out the bed.We had to leave to get back to South Carolina. I enjoyed the staff and how good they treated us our whole stay,I definitely will be returning

I loved everything about my stay. I didn't like that I had to leave it was so relaxing and peaceful

The staff. Melanie at the front desk was amazing. She is definitely a people person. She made sure me & my family were well taken care of. She is awesome. Also, I hope I get his name right, Cliff was very nice to. Our bathtub would not drain so he let us shower in the room next door. Again I will definitely be back to stay again. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast do to our inconvenience.

close to airport, room was large with comfy king bed

renovations going on and no desk personnel in sight. had to holler for them to come out. they could at least have a bell on the counter! walls very thin. could hear construction going on early in morning.

Room was relatively clean. I did notice crumpled up paper under the bed. I did like the lotion bottle on the bathroom wall, it smelled nice. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

One of the elevators stopped working so we wound up taking the stairs.

Front Desk Mr. Cliff and Staff working with us during the big internet shut down. Manually checking us in and walking us to our rooms. Keeping their kool in the mist of a lot of stress.

The front office staff is exceptional especially Mr Cliff he’s my all time favorite I’ve missed him & the lady that was there when I initially checked in was equally superb and helpful while I left my luggage in the holding area while I walked 2 blocks for lunch as I waited for my rental car to be delivered . Value is good for the money room looks updated and clean and welcoming

Some of the guests were noisy possibly going to breakfast early but I did appreciate my corner 3rd floor room on the back end

We didn’t stay for breakfast, but I grab coffee on the go it was great.

One of the beds weren’t up to par , I call and they change the room immediately . As you entered the room you see your name on the TV welcome . It was cozy

We have stayed here before and the location was perfect for our needs. The beds / pillows are comfortable! The front office staff is great!

The restaurant - we had a meal cooked to order and while it was great the wait staff was obviously brand new. I think she needs a lot more training. Disappointed that for Honor Members there was no free continental breakfast.
