Good location, easy parking, awesome staff and really good breakfast. But my stay was 14 through 16 July Not 13-15 July. And I was so happy when for the first time in my life I’ve seen the Map of the U.S.A. with Alaska and Hawaii and I couldn’t believe my eyes that Puerto Rico was included. The pool location, it’s in front of the parking and entrance of the hotel, it’s too exposed to everyone from the outside road.

The staff, especially Gigi, is totally amazing. From Kenneth and all at the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast crew, they all went way above and beyond every expectation. My trip was highly stressful , and your team was there every step to help. They could not do enough for me. With 10 being the highest score, this staff easily scored a 20. JOB WELL DONE!!

Absolutely 11/10 experience. Staff was fantastic. I was driving cross-country with my dog, and I had some car trouble. Staff immediately jumped into action, let me re-check into my room at no cost so I could have an air-conditioned space for my dog, and helped me find a tire shop. Incredibly kind, helpful staff. Definitely stay here and count on them to be able to help.

The hotel is in a good location, there's stores and restaurant's close by. I liked having the kitchenette, as an alternative to eating take out every day.

The room certainly was smaller than I expected.

Definitely a good choice for a weekend getaway! Rooms were clean, and comfortable. They were a little small as compared to other Marriots, but very comfortable

It was very clean and the staff was great!

The room said it came with a sofa bed and I was expecting an actual sofa with a pull out bed. Instead it had a small armchair and ottoman. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in that I chose the floor over it.

The service was excellent, the front desk agent was very friendly and very welcoming, this has been one of our best hotel stay experiences we've had so far, all the employees were very friendly. Hopefully we can book another night for our return trip home.

Location is good, not far away from the airport. Bed and bathtub are good for someone just arrive Pensacola and need a complete rest.

The dish washer had some dirty plates which are not cleaned when I check-in.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice and hot, and the staff was steadily restocking the items

We didn't have sheets or a blanket for the fold out sofa, but they were easy to obtain at the front desk.

Location good. Breakfast good. Melanie Pipes in the office was very, very, very helpful. The other office staff were very good also. Except one that cost me a lot of money. She told my wife where the shopping centers were.(that was a funny)

The trucks that picked up the dumpsters at 4:20 AM the first day and 5:20 AM the second day. A little noisey. The $100 per day is TOO HIGH. We left the dog home.
