This was an amazing stay. The place was actually very clean, you can tell that it was recently updated. We really enjoyed it my family and I will book again.

We hope they will update the breakfast from grab and go to a hot serve breakfast. Otherwise this place was very good. At the very end a house keeping lady was very rude and told me that they didn't have a 12 pm check out on Sundays she acted as if I had to be out of the room right then at 11:17 am even after I said we were here till 12 , I went and confirmed it with the front desk at the time and she did say I was down for 12 . That was my only problem.

My husband is disabled and our room had been prepared upstairs, but the kind lady at the front desk worked diligently to locate us a room on the ground floor that would facilitate my husbands needs. She went above & beyond to accommodate us and the room was perfect. Many thanks for her efforts & patience to make sure our stay was a good one!

We were only there overnight and had a wonderful experience with everything and everyone we encountered.

Room was clean. Nice size. Good price. Good location. kids loved the pool. I liked the courtyard and the small covered gathering/play area.

People live there. While we were there someone was throwing the big landscaping rocks against the wall and shattered the light fixture which was only a few feet away from my Jeep. Pictures make it look way better than it is. But ok for the price.

Loved the room. We had our bed, table with chairs, lounge chair, joining rooms, nice size fridge in a kitchen area between the bed and bathroom. The dog court was perfect.

The floors looked clean, but we're filthy. Made our feet and socks absolutely disgusting, and we are country folk who are used to dirt. The low areas in the dog courtyard could be worked on to prevent the swampy areas.

The breakfast was muffins, honeybuns and breakfast bars which was just what my child wanted. The location is near lots of stores, about 20 minute drive to the ocean. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. The Room fridge was larger then expected!

After Driving 16 hours when I got to the property a few minutes after check in time... my room was not ready. I waited as asked and after a half hour I returned and they asked for another half hour. I asked if they could please just exchange my room with another room and the request was happily taken care of.

The room was spotlessly clean, smelled clean as we opened the door. The beds were clean & tidy, stain free. The bathroom was very big & CLEAN. We stayed in the main building, the commodore suite, I am very happy with our stay & room. I was given fresh towels upon request as well as an extra comforter. Will absolutely be back. Upon arrival neither TV was properly working, I requested it to be fixed & when we arrived back from dinner both TV's were fixing properly, maintenance was attentive.

The only negative thing I have to say is about not having a bell hop, lobby assistant. The price I paid for the room, having a one year old on my hip, & my room being upstairs. It was definitely disappointing to not receive assistance getting our belongings too & from the room. Also, the front desk clerk working morning shift Sunday (06-11) Dana, she seemed very rude & snippy. Nothing personal, but her personality & attitude on this day was not very customer service friendly. I just asked for some help, the snooty persona was unnecessary.

We liked everything about this motel or hotel the rooms were very clean and great pricing for the rooms that we were in and we loved the whirlpool bath I think that was a great addition they added if you read my review I would recommend you stay at home in in Pensacola for the cleanliness and the value that we save for a room that great

It was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Besides the Remote control issue. Everything was great.

I had an issue with the TV. First there was no remote to the TV, called downstairs and went to pick one up. After that it wouldn’t connect. Front desk staff couldn’t help me because it was 10 at night and maintenance was gone. I YouTube the video on how to connect the remote and after that I still couldn’t watch TV.

Felt like home! The host was super nice and easy to talk to!

There were dogs, which are well behaved and really sweet! But I would’ve liked to know ahead of time so I could pack some allergy medicine

Although the refrigerator in my room was inoperative upon arrival, the maintenance person troubleshot quickly. He ,Teri, helped locate room that had working equipment and helped move my things. He was key in making my stay a positive experience. His attention to detail was a great reflection on At Home Inn. Each person at the front desk was courteous, polite and nonjudgmental when I needed a key replacement. The support staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating to needs, whether to not be disturbed or needing coffee packets refilled.
