The entire of the hotel staff is extremly kind and friendly. Whenever we had a request they arranged it immediately. The selection of food at breakfast is huge. I asked for gluten-free bread and it was waiting for me at the same table every morning. We got an upgrade for the room without requesting, it was really huge and very comfortable. The sauna and wellness areas are very clean and have beautiful view to the mountains. Parking is really easy in the parking lot of the hotel. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!!!

Excellent location. Breakfast and dinner are great. Spa and wellness area is great. Outdoor pool is great with hot water. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equiped and cozy. Garage parking is included in your stay.

WiFi is slow and with bad signal in rooms. Bathroom is outdated.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent SPA center. Hotel is perfectly connected to the ski slopes, so there is no excessive carrying of ski equipment.

The pool and jacuzzi in the Spa a little cooler for my taste. Dinner is a la carte which is a bit unusual for a ski hotel. Dinner was a excellent also.

Breakfast and dinner were pretty good and enough. The staff was kind and helpful, we've been welcomed with some champagne for my birthday. The wellness area is nice (especially the sauna) and big enough compared to the size of the hotel. The location was quite good, slopes and a chairlift is close to the hotel. Parking is good and safe there are 3 garages available.

Small issues with the room. It was clean and quite spacious with a nice mountain view but most of the room equipment (hair dryer, shower door, the holder of the shower gel box, the toilet paper holder etc) were old and therefore broken. Some of them has fallen apart in my hands while I was using it. These issues have been annoying however we've been in the room for only a few hours a day so we could live with that. It's about time to change these equipment. Anyway the furnitures were ok the bed was quite comfortable.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice pool and outdoor area! Great breakfast selection; nice touch that children had a buffet style dinner with different options.

Dinner was mixed, one night really good, second night not so much.

Food is exceptional. Spa area is wonderful. Bar is so cosy and welcoming.

Rooms could do with a refresh and beds a little uncomfortable.

Spa (especially sauna area), plentiful and delicious meals, staff willing to do their best to meet guest’s wishes. On our check out date they turned on the sauna before its regular working hours just for us, although we have already left the room. Kärnten Card included in the room price is perfect add on, since it gives you free entrance to many attractions in the region.

It is not that we disliked it, but guests should be aware that families with smaller kids like the hotel. Swimming pool is not the peaceful place.

Perfect location, amaaazing sauna and spa - we loved it. It wasn’t crowded at all in March, so we enjoyed it so much. Also the breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choices. 🫶🏼🍀
