+ location: around the corner of the cappella degli Scrovegni + quiet + very good WLAN + big bathroom + clean

- not enough plugs (1 of 4 was broken, the 1 next to one side of the bed was for me a little bit far away from the bed) - not enough storage room (definitely not enough for 2 people, 3 hangers f.e.) - no drawers (one only has the option to put things on the tables next to the bed, on to the table in the room or on the floor) - no tea/coffee facilities, no water heater (no spoons … ) - for a 4 star hotel the bathroom supply is just too meagre: 2 little soaps, 2 small liquid shampoo/body smth. - - the elevator“situation“ (1 elevator for a huge building) - not so good breakfast breakfast (bad coffee, bad yoghurts) and a multitude of signs with „you must not take any food with you“ (understandable but affects the atmosphere)

Excellent value! In a great location from which to walk everywhere, and a short taxi ride from the train station. As a single woman travelling on my own, I felt very safe and secure at this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Europa had the best included breakfast of my trip, with a great cappuccino machine to help yourself. Staff were very helpful and efficient, especially as a big tour group arrived day 2 of my stay; I received the same level of service and friendliness the entire time. on my last evening, I realised I could see St. Antonio cathedral from my window!

The breakfast selection was nice, the food was good and they fresh coffee with a good number of choices. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent, the lady in charge of the Restaurant was extremely nice and efficient.

There is not much of a view from where I was, the elevators are quite small (but there are two of them) , I don't think there were too many things I did not like about the hotel.

Nice located next to the historic area of Padova. Good Home Base for Sigh Seeing. We recieved a warm welcome, with good service. Outside would need bit love and some reworks. Inside well in shape and nice. Front Desk nice designed and well organized, Public areas well in shape, Restaurant lovely and we had every day a very nice Breakfast with good choice like scrambled eggs, ham, jam, ... and good coffee. Room was nice and exactly as shown on booking. Bit noise but this is very common for hotels. Just as we booked we:re allready got an offer for an parking garage next to the hotel, I would reccomend to take it.

Would be great to move Loading area against driving direction, to get more easy access to garage. Change Hotel cards most of them used and causing issues

The location is amazing, less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre and less thab 15 minutes from the train station. The room was very spacious and clean, the breakfast was pretty good, they had a good selection of jams, eggs (scrambled and hard-boiled), croissants, cakes, cereal, cheese, ham, bacon, and a lot of tea, juice and coffee options. The staff were very friendly, the room was quiet and we had an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable.

The lights in the room could have been brighter.

Wow, this hotel is amazing! You will feel like you made a great decision by staying here. The location is great, the staff is super helpful, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! The price in October was quite reasonable I feel. The room and bathroom are modern and spacious. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Padua.

Breakfast was good, with a good range of items. Location was convenient for us because it was between the railway station and the main attractions. The room was a good size, and had a balcony.

Although the bathroom was a very good size, the shower was smallish. What made it worse was that the mixer handle extended a considerable distance into the shower enclosure, so that it was virtually impossible to take a shower without bumping the mixer handle several times, thus changing the temperature to cold or very hot.

The Hotel Europa is brilliantly located. You can walk (12 -15 min) from the train station, and the entire most respectable part of Padua is within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and of good quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Cristina. Our suitcase was taken in Treviso Airport by mistake. Cristina spared no time to find and receive it. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Padua.

It was very easy to get to the hotel from the train station. It is in the city centre, close to the tourist attractions and the Italian-German Institute. Great Romanian staff at the restaurant, helpful and eager to offer everything you need. Wonderful room with a balcony. The room was cleaned every day and the towels and sheets were changed as well. Good breakfast provided. The best coffee and cappuccino.

Maybe it was greater to have some slippers and dressing gowns in the room.

The location is wonderful- walking distance to old city centre, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, but a little bit small, as is the bathroom. The staff was great, they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but also very good- I loved the wide fresh fruit selection. There was cold buffet with warm scrambled eggs, selection of cakes and bread, cheese, cereals... Great coffee- during breakfast and also at the reception.

The rooms were a bit small to my taste, a bit small bathroom too. The shower seemed a bit worn out. The property says it comes with parking, but parking is near the property not right at the property so if you travel at night with kids and luggage which was our case, it isn't too convenient.
