Zereno Boutique Hotel is excellent! We liked everything. The apartment is large, on two levels. Bedroom on the upper floor and living room on the lower level. Two bathrooms (on each level). Terrace big enough to enjoy. We also had a small pool on the terrace, which was a nice and interesting feature for our daughter. She was the only one who used it. The entire facility is relatively new (as well as the entire environment). New buildings of this kind, restaurants, cafes, shops, ... everything is new and you can see that the whole of this settlement was made exclusively for tourists. (However, the Mexican reality of the way of life is nearby.) The location was ok for us, but we were with a car, so we are probably not relevant to comment on the location for those who do not have transportation. Everything is neat and clean. Given that we came with a rental car, the possibility of parking right in front is a good thing. The hotel can be accessed by passing through some kind of security gate with 24-hour security. It's all a plus and a great thing. The hotel has its own small swimming pool, which is great for cooling off and having a refreshing drink in the evening. Next to the pool, breakfast is served, which can also be taken to the apartment (there are only a couple of small tables for breakfast.) The best thing about the hotel are Esteban and Daniel, the guys at the front desk. The two of them raise our stay in excellent accommodation to an even higher level. They are ready to help with absolutely everything. Extremely kind, always in a good mood and smiling. They are really great! We absolutely recommend this property!

There is nothing we didn't like. The breakfast is relatively modest and the same every day, but for this type of accommodation, it is probably excellent (the facility does not have a kitchen). Even with navigation, the object is not easy to find. Suggestion: have power adapters ready for guests from Europe :-)

Room size was very spacious and clean overall. We didn't use the pool as we prefer to spend our time on beaches instead but it looked clean and other guests looked like they enjoyed it a lot. The shower was fantastic, this is always a great plus point for us when travelling. The staff wee accomodating, we asked for a blanket as one of us runs hot and the other cold - went out for an hour and it was already left on our bed for us!

The fly screens were broken so we couldn't sleep with the sliding doors open at night. As people who love fresh air to aircon, this was the only negative for us.

Our 1 BR/2 bth condo was immaculate & I loved the jungle/ beach themed decor. It was minimalist yet elegant! Our condo had a fully equipped kitchen with 1 balcony off of the LR, & another balcony off of the BR. The staff were very nice & responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. Jorge & Daniel gave us good recommendations for places to go for Dia de Los Muertos!! Also, they had the most wonderful smelling toiletries!!! It’s like having a spa bath each time! Overall, I highly recommend staying here especially if you value serenity & quiet! We would definitely come back!!! Muchisima gracias Zereno!!

Not walking distance to Tulum Centro and must drive to the the nearest beach - Tulum beach…

Very spacious split level appartement, large bed, good shower, nice view from the balcon. We had an appartement facing the pool (and no noise from the street). Room service breakfast. Access to and discount at beach club.

Note that for the beach club you will need: reservation (without you can't enter the park), pay nature park fee ( which is doubled from 1st of January 2025), and a bracelet (from the hotel!). The bracelet seems to be very important to show at the beach club, before you order. We were not aware of the bracelet, did get every benefit, except the discount...

Staff was very profetional and friendly. Assisted when help was requested. Facilities were kept clean and location was very nice and well kept. Rooms were extremly cofortable, ample with excelent local touch for character. Definately met expecations and would recommend.

Appliance (Microwave) shorted out an outlet on second day of stay and unfortunetly they were unable to fix it, thus we couldn't use the microwave. Parking is located right in front, most of our stay there was no issue, at times location was full and finding parking was a bit difficult.

The lush plants and outdoor space. The European breakfast is good, we were able to cook some dinners on the gas stove. The staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. We were in unit 301 for 12 days, it had a nice large balcony to sit and people watch or enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise. The maintenance and cleaning staff are always working to keep the grounds in the best condition. Daniel on the front desk is extremely helpful ! His English is good, he doesn't hesitate to offer suggestions to enjoy your time in Tulum. The pool area is nice and well maintained.

Perhaps more cooking pans and utensils in unit 301. The TV is in the bedroom not the living room which is OK if you want to watch a movie in bed. It would be nice to have it on the wall across from couch so you don't disturb someone sleeping in to catch the news or stay up late to finish a Netflex series.

It is a simple boutique with just the right vibes of getting the feel of Tulum without being in a noisy or overpopulated area. It was a perfect spot for a beautiful time out with my partner as it was pretty serene and close enough to all the happening places in Tulum. The receptionist, Gabriel, did his job so well, with a smile every day. I appreciate him. Esteban and Giovanni were also accommodating during my stay.

The breakfast is minimal. It is toast, a fruit plate (with minimal fruits), yogurts and granola, juice and tea/coffee. The same thing, no options. It would be nice if they could add eggs or some form of protein to the meal. The hotel does not have a kitchen on the premises, but it is close to many restaurants, so you can always drive out or order in. They could also do with more staff as one person was doing the roles of about four people.

The hotel was exceptional. The pool and design of the property was beautiful. Very modern but still homely. There is so much greenery everywhere, it's like having your own private jungle! Very relaxing space to be in and the beds were comfortable too. Also, the shower was great. Good pressure as water pressure is something that many properties seem to struggle with across Mexico (this is our experience from five stays in the Yucatan Peninsular area).

We had some slow communication rom the staff before our stay. We had some date changes we needed to ask about and didn't get a replies for days at a time. HOWEVER, when we arrived, the wonderful Daniel who was working the front desk more than made up for it. He helped us with our issue and gave us so much helpful information about the town to make our stay fantastic.

Amazing hotel, really nice to have lots of space. We booked the apartment style 2 story room for a good deal for a week and loved it. Daily breakfast delivered to your room. Pool area nice. Nicest hotel of our whole trip could really relax in the room.

Private pool not really needed, had lots of leaves in. Would recommend renting a car for wet season as we had a lot of rain and taxis are very expensive wanting $14usd to town for 4 minute journey, lots drive off when trying to haggle

Spacious two-storey apartments. A comfortable bed. Thatched roof in the kitchen. The toilets are on each floor. The atmosphere is wonderful.

The windows in the apartment faced the road, so it was noisy both day and night. The elevator was not working. I went up to the 4th floor on foot. The pool is small enough for such a hotel. There is no lobby or space to relax outside the room.
