Very well situated a couple stops from Nagoya station, in one of the main entertainment districts. Modern facilities, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows (have noticed a trend of business hotels charging extra). Concierge desk seemed to always be staffed, even during late night convenience store runs. Probably the most bang for my buck of any of the places I stayed in over the course of my 1 month trip (though most of that attributable to the fact that Nagoya is a much cheaper city overall).

Would have preferred a proper desk rather than a side table, and a more up to date air con unit with a remote. Also a shame that bath salts weren't available from either the in room or concierge amenities, given the en suite.

The location was close to Sakae shopping and the Nagoya tower. And there was a ramen shop across the street that was open when others were closed for the New Year holidays, so it was helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side, nevertheless it didn’t take away from the comfort or the nice amenities. The buffet breakfast (extra fee) was short on the offerings. First time I was warned that there is a large group staying. Second time, I don’t know why. We went around 8am. But they had what I wanted to eat and the convenience was worth it on those days.

Its close to everything. Just a few minute walk to shopping centers, train station, restaurants and its so accessible. Its our second time to stay here. If we come back to nagoya, we will still choose to stay in this hotel.

I remember before the water in the hotel is safe to drink but now, the staff said its not safe to drink.Im wondering why this time its not when someone told me that tap water in japan is safe to drink.

It was a pretty long walk from the train station we came in on, but there was a closer station when we were leaving. We needed two rooms to accommodate our party of four. The rooms were comfortable.

The location was a very happening place in the evenings. This was the first and only location in Japan where we didn’t feel safe when walking around at night. However, the hotel itself felt safe and they put security measures in place, so our stay was fine.

Stayed during the F1 Grand Prix. The location is close to the subway, and restaurants , daily necessities stores are also nearby. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. there's free laundry and dryer which means you don't need to carry to much clothes . However, the location is located in a nightlife area, which may not be suitable for family travelers.

The cleaned areas are all clean, but there are still places where dust accumulates, such as on the bathroom curtains, which have a little bit musty smell.

Best was the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel entrance and rooms really look like a high quality hotel.

The size of the room is the smallest we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and it looked great. However, it seems that rooms in Nagoya are expensive if you compare it to their size. This would be a reason for me to book another (bigger) place next time.

The location is right by Central Park, Mirai Tower, Oasis 21, and one of the two largest transit hubs in Nagoya. It also offered a buffet breakfast which, for ~$9 USD, is definitely worth it compared to the surrounding area. Breakfast was also convenient as it started at 6:30 and I find many restaurants are not open until around 10 or 11am.

Not much to dislike really.

Location is pretty good, not far from the subway and easy to walk around Sakae. All the staff (front desk/cleaning) we met were friendly and the bed was comfy!

Bathroom smelled a little musty when we first arrived. Light sleepers should note that the hotel is near nightlife and there might be a bit of noise on the weekend.

The room is being cleaned every morning, relaxing and serene, We have a good sleep nightly. Accessible to train stations and walking distance to OASIS 21 bus station to the Airport. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful, I gave them excellent score : ). I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on my next visit to Japan.

The location is good,not too far from the main station and then close to shops and the park. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom felt clean.

The window to the room faces to a wall so no sunlight, however this means we could have the window open at night when it was hot. The room is very small, much like most rooms in Japan.
