We loved the cottage atmosphere, with beautiful gardens, homely furniture and fittings, lovely sheltered and private verandah, so much attention to detail. Having breakfast on the verandah at a wonderfully decked out table with our host and another guest was just lovely. Shelley was so welcoming and interesting to chat with. Hopefully, when we come to Perth again , we can stay at Rosemore. I felt right at home in the gardens. Very close to a great shopping centre with everything we needed for our stay.

It was a bit out of the way for the places we needed to visit, but a great chance to see more areas of Perth that we hadn't visited before.

Lovely room, really well appointed, comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The gardens are just beautiful and so relaxing being able to sit out on the verandah and listen to the birds singing. Its like a little oasis of country in the city. Shelley is a wonderful host and breakfast is a lovely opportunity to meet other guests and chat. I would definately come back if I ever need to stay in Perth again.

Lovely little B&B, very pretty garden and veranda for breakfast. Room itself was lovely and clean, had everything we needed including microwave, kettle and fridge. Breakfast itself was great, wide choice of cereal, toast, coffee & yoghurt. Host was very friendly and helpful and her two dogs were very cute too. Will defintely stay again if we head back to Perth.

Very quiet location with street parking and close to shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was supplied on the patio and was plentiful, with good choice of cereals and preserves.

There was a streetlight outside our window that shone in the room above the blind. This was not too great a problem.

The location is fabulous. Nice and quiet with a secluded courtyard. The breakfast catered for every taste and Shelley had hot toast made in a jiffy. Delicious coffee and fresh fruit and berries for our cereal. Top Notch.

I honestly cant complain about anything here. I have stayed here a few times and definitely would go back.

Shelly was very thoughtful and generous with the breakfast on offer. I had warned her that I am a celiac and she organized some delicious options which I truly appreciated. We used to live in Mosman Park so it was great to be in familiar turf.

The one big issue was the lack of a hand shower and good water pressure. Because of the old fashioned shower head and weak water flow I decided NOT to wash my hair as I could not have rinsed the shampoo out. I wash my hair everyday and felt that lack all day. That was for me a HUGE issue easily solved with a $200 hand held shower head. When I mentioned this to Shelly she said she was not going to spend anymore money on the rooms. We have had tenants in Canada and Australia and have found it to be true that money we invested to improve our rentals insured better tenants and a better return on our investment meaning I do not agree with her comment. I would stay there again, despite the traffic noise, if she replaced the shower head. A small investment for a big return.

Location perfect for my requirements, including a nice walk to the train station. Didn't get to try breakfast as I was out very early each morning. Lovely veranda and courtyard.

Access to the site was a little difficult and not well illuminated due to the building works on the next door property. The tea cups were cute, but too small for me.

I loved waking up to look out of the French doors at the climbing wisteria and gorgeous garden. It didn't look like city at all but the location was very convenient to the ocean and to the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.

Very cute and comfortable. Host very nice. Ability to control the temperature in the room.

The toilet dripped but with the door closed not noticeable. The BBQ was not present - I had counted on it for my dinner.

I really enjoyed my two night stay. Everything you could think of in a B&B was provided for. The breakfast was just right as was the accommodation and surroundings. I would definitely recommend. The two dogs were adorable and definitely added to my experience.

I couldn't fault my stay.
