We stayed 2 nights before the annular solar eclipse, so it was very busy and rooms maybe a bit more expensive than usual. But that was expected and we were happy that we could extend our stay by 1 night last minute in the morning of our checkout... Room was very clean and modern, we slept well.

Plastic/styropor plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast causes a ot of trash...

The folks in the adjoining room were noisy. There should be sound proofing on the door and a rubber :sweep: on the bottom of the door to cut down the noise. Same problem if we were noisy and they were quiet. LOVED the town of Farmington!

I like that the bed was comfy.

I didn't like that the lady that helped us check in, was sick. She couldn't speak, her voice was gone, she kept coughing. WORST. She didnt wear a mask... 2nd . We found two bugs inside

Location, staff, cleanliness

I was not informed when booking that super 8 had changed the pet policy. I stay here often with two small dogs and in the past have only signed a waver. After driving all day I was informed at checking and charged an extra $40.00. I wont be back!

The outside of the hotel was messy looking but our room was clean and the bed was fine. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

The room was clean but already looking worn when hotel was just remodeled. The outside of the hotel needs some work. I really don’t like the trend of using laminate flooring in hotel rooms. Carpet absorbs sound much better.

The room was comfortable & bed decent. Breakfast was good.

The tub didn't drain very well & there was very little hot water. The bathroom sink had the cold water shut off. A high fiber cereal option would've been nice.

The Staff has excellent customer service. Clean rooms and accomodations.

I didn't like the Air conditioner in the room we stayed in. I also don't like that we can't pick our room we want to stay in. we prefer downstairs.

The beds and pillows

It was clean, my room was in a quiet part of the complex and the linen was acceptable.

There was a running, leaky, noisy bathtub faucet that should have been discovered before I got there. Breakfast was weak as choices go.

Staff were very nice, pet friendly and had enough food at breakfast time.

They charged a $100 deposit because we are local. We were having our house floors refinished and need a place for the night. But still $100!
