The only place we stay when in Farmington. It's not the quality of a 4 star hotel, but it's a great place to stay if all you need and expect is a place to get a good nights sleep. The staff is very friendly, a good breakfast is provided. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Guest Laundry is available at a reasonable price. We stayed there a week. Full service is not provided on a daily basis unless requested, but trash is emptied, and clean towels are provided.

There are a few minor improvements that need to be done. Curtains with small holes, and painting of the ceiling in our room.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent.. I wish the pool had been open

The whole week I was there, not once did they change my bedsheets, sweep or mop floor, clean the toilet, or replace the little shampoos and soaps. I had to go to the counter and ask for fresh body wash. I apparently am allergic to the bar soap the supply. I used it once since there was no body wash and I broke out in hives. The pool was also closed. They said the pool would open in a few weeks but this hotel is in new mexico. It was already hot enough outside to be able to open the pool in early June.

My second time staying here. It was a little better the first time. The room was remodeled recently. It smelled like it had just been painted, hard flooring was buckled in a couple spots. The room had no window but had a sliding patio door that was very hard to open. After leaving it open for about 20 minutes the paint odor was gone. Overall the room was very clean, roomy & comfortable. Wish there were better choices for dinner nearby but they have an amazing breakfast here at the hotel. Went back for seconds! Also they let you park your motorcycles under the awning. This will be my go to place every time I'm in Farmington.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good. Plenty of space to take my dog outside to use the restroom. Easy to find. Room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very clean.

The temp in the room was very warm and the AC unit didn't really cool it down by the time I had to check out in the morning. I only stayed one night and got in around 8pm, so if you get in early or stay more than one night the AC will probably have your room plenty cool eventually. It wasn't too hot to sleep but it was pretty warm.

The front counter person was friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and there was ample parking. This is not a brand new hotel but it is well maintained and has been updated. The room was well appointed and very clean. The lamps all had adjustable lighting levels, there were throw pillows on the couch and bed, and there was even complimentary organic green tea! The room I had featured a sliding glass door that opened out onto a private green space. The whole place had a good vibe to it and I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have to come down to Farmington every 3 months to see our pain specialist, and since my husband had to go to a dialysis center very early in the morning of our other scheduled appointment, we had to stay an extra day. I knew that it wasn't a guarantee that he could make it back to the room in time for us to make check out. As it turned out, he wasn't able to get there before 12:00, which was the best they could do for an extension. Luckily, the girl at the front desk was kind enough to give us 15 extra minutes. I was extremely grateful, and my husband was able to get back in time for us to get our things packed, and she didn't charge us for the extra half day. We have always loved staying at this hotel and always look to stay here when we come down to Farmington. The breakfasts are good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Room was comfortable and clean, although the hotel was a bit beat up. Nice outdoor pool although not heated. 15 minute walk to downtown Farmington. Breakfast had lots of options. They let me park my motorcycle in front of the reception area which made me feel more secure.

One guest was playing loud music from his room near the pool with his speaker outside. When I asked at reception if they could ask him to moderate it, they told me they could only do that if it was during quiet hours.

The location was really convenient for our trip. The room was very clean, updated, and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING after a day on the road. The hot breakfast was great, with standard American fare (eggs, waffles, cold foods, juices, breads, and cereal, etc). The staff was so friendly and welcoming. This will be a consistent stop for us when we come through here from now on.

The pillows were thin, but there were several of them.

The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable. great water pressure and new showerhead. Also able to block out most light with the blackout curtains and loved you could open window on ground floor level. I was traveling with a pet and the inside courtyard made it easy to have my dog play and relieve herself. The price was significantly less than other properties I looked at.

The property is dated. It looks as if the owners are slowly improving the property and I wouldn't hesitate to stay for a one-night stay.

Room was comfortable and close to a door so I didn't have to carry luggage too far. Interior grassy area to walk the dog with bags provided. Reasonable pet fee. Convenient to roads, restaurants and gas. Nice variety at breakfast.

Advertised pool then at property said their was a leak and it was empty. It was in 90s so I picked a place based on pool. They should have put an update online.
