Location beautiful! Peaceful and tranquil around the site. Only met one member of staff , Sebastian, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Made to feel welcome!

Unable to open any windows in property. If it had been very hot weather it could have been an issue. Not sure if it was due to myself not understanding how to work the mechanism on windows or if they just did not open! Apart from that minor issue we had no problems with property and have already booked a return visit.

Absolutely stunning cabin!! so clean!! For a self catering cabin it literally had everything you needed! And more.. I Can't fault this place what so ever! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very attentive. Baby cot supplied and up ready for our arrival.. This was a bonus after travelling for a few hours and arriving late. There was plenty to do but it had snowed when we were there. It made our experience even more magical as we were going to the polar express train. Highly recommend jonas centre. We can't wait to go back. Thank you for a perfect stay!!

Excellent location, very high standard of accommodation, great value, and peaceful and tranquil surroundings. For what is provided this really does represent five star service. I would like to make one apology, and that is we didn't strip the beds as requested. The reason being that I failed to read the email on my computer until we arrived home as I couldn't connect at the centre.

Everything was first class.

Warm, comfortable, peaceful setting amongst the trees overlooking a beautiful valley. Handy self check in, and cabin was welcoming with light on and a lovely flickering electric fire. we had a premier cabin which was well equipped, nice and cosy, had a really nice shower and plenty of hot water. Lots of space and areas to play on site if you have children, and also chickens, ducks, geese, a pony, a pig and a goat, lots of rabbits and sheep and lambs. A lovely place to be.

Liked it all. Cabin bedrooms fairly compact.

Idyllic setting, stunning, peaceful, quiet, spotless, friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble when we asked for help, details of local walking places which was great. Everything about our stay here was fabulous, even the animals were enjoying the quiet setting, we could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a break.

Only one thing that could be improved upon is the internet, as it is a bit intermittent, although when we asked, it was rebooted which helped.

We love this location in Redmire I have been poorly recently and feel the need for some self care and tranquility. The Jonas centre offers this within its beautiful surroundings . The team Mandy , Sen and the housekeeping team are an amazing group of people and we love this place and the location. Thankyou so very much

Contactless check-in was super easy, so we were free to arrive at our leisure and there was someone available on a mobile number if we needed. The cabin itself was nice and toasty when we arrived and was clean, well-equipped and plenty of space for the 3 of us. We appreciated the additional heaters in the room during the night as well. Seb and Rachael were so friendly and happy to chat about anything whenever we bumped into them or popped into Reception. We got to meet and feed the animals, which our 4yo loved, and even had some fresh eggs from the chickens! We didn't spend much time on site outside of our cabin but the grounds seemed well kept and like there were some nice walks and outdoor areas to use in warmer weather.

The front of our cabin faced Reception, where a big security light shone all night. The back bedroom was nice and dark but I found it difficult to sleep in the front bedroom with that much light coming in at night. Top tip: bring a sleep mask! Our cabin had a bath, which was lovely, but nowhere to hang the shower, so it wasn't easy to have a quick wash or rinse off. The sloping road down to the lower cabins was quite scary and would've been pretty treacherous in wet weather! After our first night, we decided to park at the top near the animals and just use the stairs to get down - felt a lot safer!

Great location, very friendly staff and other guests. Dog walking field was very useful. Recycling facilities.

There was no shower that I could get to work, mixer tap thing, so it was a bit of a flannel wash in a few inches of water. OK for a short stay. Users of lower cabins should be aware of the meeting room down there. It gets a bit noisy for a while when things break up.

This setting continually delivers peace and tranquility, the management and staff are over and above excellent, with careful attention to guests, comfort, privacy, constant cleanliness, their detail to the environment and visitor expectations being observed is not only refreshing it mirrors the continuing improvement program to facilities which is a beacon of excellence within their mission statement of what the Jonas stands for.

Leaving

Breakfast was not included. The location was excellent. Lovely to walk into the village of Redmire. Beautiful rural location.

Better WiFi would have been nice. Our small dog was able to get through the railings of the verandah. A means of keeping him in would have enabled us to leave the door open or sit outside without having to tie him up.p
