Like home away from home. Beautiful high ceiling 1 bed apartment. Fantastic location on Beacon Hill. Wholefoods and a great wine shop just a short walk away so easy to stock up. Didn’t get disturbed oneself. Check in / check out worked great

A/C in bedroom was temperamental. Ended up turning it off. Ended up buying fluffy blankets in target to add a bit of comfort. Toilet away from bedroom and in living room area (wasn’t a problem for us but couple be for some. A linen change / towel change would be nice on longer stay

It was perfectly placed for the beautiful area of Beacon Hill. It was 10 minutes walk to the common and north station. The apartment had everything you needed.

I would note there is no elevator, so carrying our bags up 3 flights of stairs when we got there was a challenge. The tv didn’t have cable, the only way we could watch TV was through our laptops or phone and casting it to the TV. The nature of the level we were at (apartment 12) there was only a small window to the outside so it was dark much of the time and needed the light on. But this is probably just the nature of these types of apartments in buildings like this.

Clean, comfortable. Easy walking distance to sights and nice restaurants. Kept cool in the hot weather - liked being in basement. Little gifts on arrival were a nice touch

A bit of a damp smell but not too serious. Coins required for washing machine - most travellers are cashless. Net curtains would have allowed us to have shutters open in privacy.

Cleanliness and appeared as advertised.

Probably could use a little maintenance. New shower head, fix the vanity cabinet door (it was scotch taped when we arrived) some moisture stains in walls and ceilings. Laundry facility is coin operated machines. Who carries a roll of quarters with them while traveling? Could use regular washer/dryer, or have credit card option to use the facility.

Great location. Super calm and beautiful neighbourhood. Grocery store and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. Beautifully renovated historical building. Comfy bed and sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Tidy flat and seamless check-in and check-out.

Strict check-in and check-out policy. No luggage storage on sight (but they recommend a nearby one).

The location is great for visiting Boston. The apartment is very comfortable.

The shower curtain kept falling down. It would also have been nice to have had an extra blanket.

Nice spacious apartment, with nice coffee and facilities. The location was good and easy to get into the hub where bars, restaurants, and park is. There is Washing machine facilities outside of the room which is not on the facilities of the room. This would have been nice to know.

The bed! The mattress was fine, but that steel frame needs to be changed. Every time one of you turns around during the night, the other one wakes up due to the horrendous squeaking of the steel frame.

there was a wardrobe gor hanging clothes but a distinct absence of drawer space (despite space for a chest of drawers in either bedroom or anti-room) Also no storage space in the bathroom, a shelf could easily be fitted above the sink ( I had to put my make up on the fireplace mantle in the sitting room!)

Such a handy location and was good value in comparison to similar properties and hotels nearby. Place was very clean and felt very secure.

Bedding was a little on the light side given the weather was still so cold.

The location is so close to the subway station. The neighbourhood is very nice too. The room exceed our expectation and quite new. I had a question during the stay and staff was very accommodating. Overall experience was good.
