Location very practical for treatment at Mass General. Room and beds were fine. Whole Foods, CVS and coffee shop within same block was great. Also an easy walk to much of the sights.
Expensive for what it is, and the price went up when we had to reduce to one night from two. We were told we should have called them directly to get an unadvertised hospital rate. On the website to get the best rate one had to book non-refundable, which is not possible with the uncertainties of medical treatment. That's why we used Booking.com. At check in they said they could not honor the lower daily rate. Strong smell of smoke in the hallway when we arrived. Luckily didn't drift into our room much.

the location was perfect for what we needed, close to public transportation, restaurants and historical sites as well as a convenient restaurant on site for breakfast . Which by the way, was very good and the service people were very accommodating to my request of no carbs and tomatoes instead. The BEST PART OF OUR STAY WAS,, THAT forgot my wallet in the room and two hours later, when I was about to board my train back home , I realized I did not have it with me. I called the reception immediately and while I was on the cab, they called me back saying that they had it and were keeping it safe. NEEDLESS TO SAY,,, that was a gift!!!! THANK YOU... THANK YOU.
There was no pool...

Location is great, close to Charles and North Station. We have used the metro and also walked a lot so it was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and there is complimentary water bottles and coffee/tea in the room. Ice machine was a nice feature since we were driving down to Philly afterwards and had a cooler.
Shower could be better, low water pressure. We had to pay 50 dollars for an early check in (which is fine considering that we paid around 300 dollars per night). It is expensive for what the hotel offers, but that is the burden of a pricy city like Boston.

Bed very comfortable, good & fast wifi connection, business facility useful for printing off items, handy restaurant and the breakfast food choices, though limited, were excellent and well cooked, and nicely presented; plus hotel is in an excellent location as close to downtown areas. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron & ironing board in room, also a small fridge, this is all very handy for a downtown hotel if staying awhile; also that there was a light level of security at front door with concierge present.
It's an odd thing to say but there was bench right near where you walk into the hotel lobby with stains on it which made me think the hotel was going to be dirty (as it needs to be cleaned) but otherwise the hotel and room was clean.

The room was spacious and well lighted . The breakfast was good, even if if was 'a la carte". There is coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water in the room. The view on Boston is beautifull is your room is on the back of the hotel and is high enough.
The attitude of some of the employees is arogant or cold. On the front of the hotel is a construction in progress - a lot of noise and not a pleasant view, and no one anounced us about it. You have to pay 65 usd/day the parking. There aren t good places to eat nearby. You have to go in the center. The swiming pool is outside and closes at 9 pm.

The location was excellent for us. We walked to the Boston Common, the Quincy Market, and the TD Garden. The room was fine. It was clean, a good size, on the back of the building (for a quieter stay, given the construction going on across from the front of the building), and had everything we needed. We had read a comment that refrigerators were not in the rooms, but our room had one, so that was a pleasant and welcome surprise. All members of the staff were wonderful - from the people at the valet parking to the people at the front desk, and even the person who was mopping the floor! We spoke to everyone, and they were all friendly, engaging and helpful.
$60 for parking seems high, but I guess it's the "going rate" in Boston, especially in the area around the hospital, which is where this hotel is located. Personally, I didn't like the feather pillows, but they were fine for my husband.

Fantastic hotel. Really convenient location only 10 minutes walk from Fanueil Hall. The spacious rooms were impeccable. Facilities are excellent, especially the restaurant with great food and service. The staff really stand out. We arrived late and hungry on the first night and were well looked after by the chef and restaurant manager. Ricardo on luggage services was so professional and helped us with taxis and transport. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely stay here again.
We really liked everything and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location
I booked a room with 2 double beds (4 of us were traveling) and unfortunately they gave us a room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. Usually it’s not a problem but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable for two people. In addition, at checkout, I told the receptionist we didn’t have valley parking and that I do not authorize that charge, they acknowledged the parking was wrongly assigned to my room. A couple of days later I checked my credit card and saw that I got charged $120 (2 nights valley parking). The person I talked to was really nice and refunded the amount, but if I don’t check I would have paid $120 without authorization

The location was great and the staff were great! It was a short walk to every place we wanted to go. The hotel is a bit dated, but I didn’t mind. It was clean and a great value. Only a couple hiccups. There is a giant construction project right next door. It didn’t affect us because we were out of the room during working hours, but good to be informed. Finally, there is a pretty large unhoused population in the area. We had one run in (verbal), but it was a little unnerving. Again, just good to know all the facts. I would definitely stay here again, just a little more aware.

Location is good. You can easily go around by walking if you love to walk. Can reach Quincy Market, China Town, Prudential Building within 30 minutes of walk. Swimming pool is relaxing, water temperature is perfect to soak in after a day of walking.
There is a construction next to the hotel so we have this view during our stay. Coming from a place where construction is everywhere, would’ve been nice to not have the same view during vacation. Valet takes time to take out the car on check out. We waited more than an hour, an hour that we lost to see more of Boston.
