The location is great, it's close to all of the things we were wanting to do and a 3 minute walk from the restaurant we had reservations at. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and big, plenty of channels on the TV and the staff was nice.

We booked 3rd party, 3 rooms for 3 couples. They had to charge my card for all 3 rooms because they said I booked third party. I have never had to do that before, most places just separate it and put it on the other cards bc we did the pay later option. I thought that was an inconvenience because then other couples had to send me money. Then he also pended the extra $50 per night deposit on my card AND the other two cards. Once I noticed that the actual charge was $50 lower than what they pended, I had to then send them back $50 bc they overpaid me. It was very odd. Also, the shower water pressure is very bad, it felt like hardly no water was coming out and it took a very long time to get even remotely warm.

Breakfast selection was nice and good variety. But slow to refill certain items despite asking. Would have also liked to have a regular coffee option , not just dark roast and decaf. Hotel location was excellent - close proximity to many areas of town and great restaurant choices.

I would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room as well as a clock. Also the bathroom did not have a fan, so it was steamy after showering. Extra roll of toilet paper was placed on a high shelf which is challenging for a petite woman of 5'1"

It was quiet, clean and a very beautiful hotel.

every room having a refrigerator. I guess when I chose the room I over looked the fact that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Almost all hotels have these so I guess i didn't figure I needed to make sure of that. But it ended up being a minor set back but it would be nice. That's the only thing I can come up with that was slightly negative.

We were upgraded to a corner suite thanks to our Hilton honors points and then woman behind the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good downtown location.

We needed an Uber to get up to UC campus every time but that was to be expected. Breakfast was ok, lots of flavored waffle batter options and tacos which I don’t typically eat for breakfast.

Great location in the middle of Cincy. Easy to get about, great bars in the area. Nicely placed between OTR and the riverside. Room was excellent.

Breakfast was so /so. It was good to have two locations in one but both a bit average for breakfast. Hard to get quarters for washing machine. Should keep a very big stick on site.

The location is phenomenal--just down the street from lots of restaurants, but highlight Jeff Ruby's and Boca. Boca was outstanding for a special date night--highly recommend. For me, this place was all about location--could walk to everything from here...doesn't hurt that it's a really cool old building!

The breakfast was fine, nothing special--typical hotel breakfast with powdered eggs, bacon and potatoes.

I like that it was downtown and close to a lot of restaurants and just 5 min away to the casino. U could also walk 15 min and get there. But it was cold so we drove lol. Staff was great especially the lady that checked us out, who just moved to Cincinnati recently. She was so sweet and down to earth, I'm bad with names. But she was great and really helpful.

I didn't like that they only had me down for 1 night instead of 2. And then charges popped up on my banking account for extra pay. But they handled it and refunded my money. Just check your account often. Other then that I had a wonderful time and the valet staff was kind and friendly and helped us when we wanted to know where something was that was in walking distance.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable when asked about navigating the downtown area, suggested a free trolley that we weren't aware of to reach our destination. Room was great! Clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast selections were plentiful and we'll prepared.

View from window was a brick wall, but I guess I should have expected that in a downtown area.

The location is perfect if you’re planning on going to a Reds game during your stay! The room was also very spacious and nice and cold when we slept.

The room wasn’t as clean as we hoped it would be. It had definitely been cleaned that day, but there were some spots that were missed (there were dried contact lenses on the counter, the shelves in the shower had grime on them).

Staff was lovely for the most part, very friendly and accommodating even though they were running into some issues out of their control with wifi. They also had good recommendations for local food/entertainment. Liked that the gym was so easy to find and pretty clean.

Breakfast was unimpressive and I didn't love all the disposable bowls and cutlery. Check in was a bit confusing as we first went to the valet on the first floor, then the wrong side of the lobby. I don't really understand why this building is two almost identical hotels with basically all the same amenities on each side in the lobby.
