I loved all of the bright colors and amenities the hotel had. It just felt different than a normal hotel. I also loved how close it was to all of the entertainment in Newport. We were able to walk to the BB Riverboat Cruise, Newport Aquarium, and everything in that area (food, movie theater, bowling, etc.). The Reds Stadium was also only a 25 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive. Although it’s a little more pricey, I do think it worth it for the proximity to some fun stuff to do.

It was a little confusing to enter initially as the door to the hotel is in the back of the entrance rather than facing the street. Parking also isn’t free. I thought the front desk lady said parking was only $10, but we ended up paying $24 for a two night stay. Either we misunderstood her, or we entered into the wrong parking garage, because there are multiple places to enter.

There was blood on the sheets and comforter. They did change the bed and gave us free breakfast. Also the pool was being drained because of a party that trashed it. My kids were really upset. That's why we booked that place. The staff was young at the front desk and typical young unfriendly kids. It's a beautiful facility great location but was disappointed. I have stayed at a lot of your facilities and this was the worst one. I'm a retired flight attendant and have stayed in Aloft several times for business.

Pool was warm and clean, Room was clean. Staff was nice and friendly.

the area around the pool especially the rust worried me cause I got a cut on my foot and had to be very careful not to step in the watery rust.ice and microwave was across the whole floor had to walk all the way around just to get ice. Seemed to be too expensive for the entire trip, the breakfast wasn't that good and had to pay extra for it... The shampoo and soap was not cleansing had to buy my own. Didn't have many good channels on TV, all the good ones had no signal..

Very easy to get to the Levee, in addition to being such a nice,cozy, and CLEAN space. If you are wanting to stay in that area to have walkable access to restaurants and things to do then this is the place. Also, Uber’s get to you super fast! We stayed on a busy weekend and had no issues. It was a 4 minute drive from the hotel to the casino.

If I had to say something “negative”… the room is fairly small along with being able to easily hear people in the hallway (we didn’t mind!) . We had a king studio suite. Perfect for 2 people!

Room was clean, location was ok, staff was very friendly. The lobby pool table was a plus. But ultimately the staff was the best part, they were polite and helpful.

The breakfast options could have been better. Truth be told, there are very few options around for food (at least late night food) This would be a great location for a lobby restaurant. Also, the bar closed pretty early for a Friday night.

The bed was so comfortable, slept like a log! Room was spotless & lots of usb ports to plug all our electronics in. The front desk clerk told us about a local shuttle that saved us a mile walk in the heat.

Wasn’t expecting $10.00 to park, most hotels I’ve stayed at (including the Hampton a block away) offer free parking for guests. This is my only gripe. Otherwise, great!

It was clean, fun, up to date. Ambiance was perfect.

1-The shower door didn’t seal correctly and there was a puddle of cold water to walk through. 2-You had to go downstairs if you ordered delivery or door dash due to drivers not being allowed to go to the rooms and staff did not bring your items to you. Super annoying when your ready to relax or trying to get your day started and save some time by not going out.

The rooms and the hotel were beautiful! It was very clean & everyone was friendly. My daughter enjoys the outdoor area where kids could play.

The pool was close, that wasn't mentioned during booking & was one of the main reasons we picked here. The breakfast they served in the morning is expensive & not good plus they were out of some things.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit. Very close to the Purple People Bridge so that we could walk to Cincinnati. We were excited there was a Hofbrauhaus nearby; once we got to the hotel, we found it was right across the street (even better).

The door to the bathroom was VERY HEAVY. It is a sliding door and we often thought how difficult it might be for an elderly person to move the door.

Close to the aquarium, restaurants and shopping center. Check out the purple people bridge. Property is clean and well maintained. Check in and checkout are quick and easy.

Parking by the hotel is free if you can find a spot. The parking garage is an extra $10 per day and was mentioned at the end of checking in. Parking fees are not mentioned on the website. Unknown if guests can park in the Hofbrau Haus parking lot next door.
