Excellent for a family short stay - we were with our kids, 2y and 7m old, we got free crib and a full single bed plus a large double bed for us in the Triple room, very spacious, with the table/chair, TV, small placard and place to keep the luggage, and the shelves near each bed. Good variety of lighting in the room, super comfortable beds, AC/heating, in the bathroom there is good amount of space, light, no water leaks. It was very quiet in the room, we did not hear any outside or neighbors noise. Breakfast was enough, there is some choice like pastry, butter, cheese, ham, jam, eggs, pancakes, cereals, fruits, usual warm and cold drinks. Stuff was very nice. Plenty of parking space. We had a diner at Leon nearby, the decor and food was pleasant, and our son enjoyed playing in their cabane house. Super stay, merci !

Very easy to find. Clean, spacious bedroom with large wet room. Comfy bed. Good, secure gated parking. Lift to all floors. Pleasant staff. No evening meal available but 15% discount on good restaurant within easy walking distance or very short drive if required. Very good breakfast. Petrol station at the very end of the road used to access the restaurant. (Off large roundabout).

Nothing. Stayed here before and will stay again en route from Spain where we left that morning.

Fenced and gated car park. Easy to find the hotel. We asked for and were allocated a ground floor room as my wife had injured her leg. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. I think we were allocated a disabled room which was not necessary but appreciated. Room spotless and well equipped. Large, comfy bed. Pillows a little small but perfectly adequate. A good choice of restaurants near by. When we returned in the car, the gate was closed but with intercom, so the gate opened quickly. Breakfast good.

In our case not a lot.It is a budget hotel but with above budget accommodation. Will stay on our next trip from Spain.

Easy to find. Ample, secure, parking. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Good size, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Does not offer an evening meal but there are three restaurants very close, one of which ( at we dined) offering 15% discount to Ace hotel guests. It was a good meal. Have stayed at a couple of Ace Hotels and always been pleased. Good value for money.

For the price, I could not fault this hotel and have booked again for September.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the distance from the centre of Bourg was an easy drive. Staff were really helpful and provided us with useful information. Our room was clean and spacious and there was even coffee facilities available at any time from a machine at the reception area.

Very convenient overnight stop driving through France. Close to the motorway, very clean and a comfortable bed. Good price and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Generally fine though our room overlooked a logistics depot and lorries leaving early in the morning were a bit noisy. But location on a small industrial estate so not unexpected.

The location of the hotel is not particularly pretty, but it is practical for stopover away from motorway, and there are restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff. Beds were good, and bathrooms were clean. Close to the highway.

Hard to find. This is not the fault of the hotel; apparently the city never got the right road layout published. My two TomToms were able to bring us in the vicinity, but then went crazy. Similar problems in the other car using Google on a mobile phone. I suggest you look at a satellite view of the layout on Google maps before going. Fortunately, you can see the sign on the building from way off.

The hotel is situated closely to the highway, which was very convenient since we stayed here one night on our way to Southern France. Very friendly personnel. Also, there are quite a few restaurants for dinner and breakfast in the vicinity.

The base of the baby cot was broken and although we got another base upon request, this had the same problem.

Good location close to the motorway which was handy for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price.

Internet facility was good in the evening but non existent the following morning which was a disappointment with no-one available on reception to report it.
