The receptionist was very friendly and gave us advice on where to eat locally, The accommodation was as expected. The first room had a broken socket and the Receptionist changed our room very quickly without any issue, although we do feel that this should have been reported before the room was given to us - but it was dealt with very well.

Location easy to find, just off A71, clean and comfortable, walk in shower and toilet, with towel, air conditioner, wifi only download most of the time, good standard French breakfast, man there kept everything topped up, easy auto machine check in which gave you your door entry card, big car park, many restaurants etc 5 minutes across the road.

Nothing, for the price it’s very good, only one night stop, would need better catering for longer I think.

We were late in the evening, and the machine self-check-in was very handy and easy. The staff in the morning was very helpful. The room was perfect, cosy for the money we spent. The location was perfect close to highway.

The bathroom is a bit small, but i can't expect more for the rental fee :)

All was good and the staff very helpful, would have liked to been on ground floor which is better for us with Three dogs but managed no problem Thanks all at Premiere Classes Hotel will be booking in March when we return to the UK

Excellent price, location and service. Very basic but spotless accommodation, really handy location just off the motorway, provided us with ground floor accommodation as per our request due to my father having mobilty issues. The only 1 really small issue was other guests arriving late and checking in at automatic reception, they were very loud and inconsiderate but that was not the fault of the hotel. Within walking distance of a couple of restaurants/cafés, can recommend resto called Courtepaille, excellent food and value.

Other guests lack of consideration.

The room was functional for a short stay. All the facilities worked well and having air conditioning was great. The bathroom small, but worked well. The double bed was comfortable and we did sleep well, ready for the onward journey.

We found that not having a kettle or coffee machine a bit of a hindrance. Luckily for us we had a travel kettle and cups. We were able to make an evening drink, without having to use machine drinks.

Clean functional room, excellent value. Good value breakfast. Our second stay here. Staff helped with a problem key card.

The germolene pink bathroom could do with an update but were clean and functional.

superbly well located, friendly efficient staff and restaurants in the near vicinity. This hotel is a great pit stop for those travelling long distances, and is exactly what it says on the tin!

Value for money and close to the through road. Did not have to travel off route for the overnight stay. Easy booking in process.
