Not to be judged from the outside as it is not attractive. But inside the rooms and public areas are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Good shower with nice towels, hair dryer and excellent shower. The roller shutter was good fro security and privacy. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff are very busy and very friendly. I also had an evening meal and breakfast, both were first rate. It’s location is very convenient if you are visiting the Le Mans track and even though this is a motel, it is better to stay at than many of the hotels I been in on this trip.

Nothing, I was completely satisfied. Good price, good service, good room, nice restaurant, plenty of space to unwind with a beer, and plenty of parking. Completely satisfied.

Great location next to a lovely lake with a swimming beach. We swam early in the morning before it got busy and was perfect start to the day. Fabulous for walking the dog after a long drive worth noting dogs are not allowed on the swimming beach area. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. As vegans we always struggle in France but there was a buffet with Salads so managed ok. Rooms are motel style so easy to load and unload the car rather than have to drag down long corridors. Would definitely recommend this as an over night stop in Le Mans.

Room smelt slightly damp

We were welcomed very warmly. We had 2 rooms. The card key to one didn’t work and the lady on reception came to the room immediately and nothing worked. She very quickly rearranged another room so we were still next door to each other. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a very good shower. We had rung and booked dinner which was excellent with a buffet for the starter and dessert. The buffet was very good with delicious food and a good variety. Breakfast the next day was also very good with delicious fresh croissants and chocolatines from a local boulangerie, fresh fruit salad, a big array of cheeses and cold meats, etc. All in all a good experience with staff and facilities. I have stopped there many times over the past 20 years , it’s convenient and very good value with excellent staff and service.

The room and the bed were a generous size and both very comfortable. Having read the reviews about how good the food was we decided have dinner in the restaurant and the food was indeed excellent for a hotel in this price range. The semi-rural lake side location is great, especially for walking our dog.

Just one minor thing. Staying with our dog, a room on the ground floor would have been better.

Receptionist moved me to ground floor room when I explained that I would not be able to carry my case up the stairs to my original room. Lovely lake for short walk in the evening Breakfast was good.

Evening meal was satisfactory if you chose the simpler options: however this was on a Sunday evening.

Stayed in this hotel many times now, as location is perfect when driving to/from France. Good breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds and a very nice powerful shower. I forgot my hand bag in the restaurant after dinner, and I did not even realise until next morning. I was horrified and did not think I would ever find it. BUT staff had found it and put it in a locker, so my bag was returned to me next morning. This was a massive plus for me, as it definitely means the place is safe. Will stay again many more times.

We arived in an electric car, and was offered access to the (free) charger without even having to ask. Had a bit of trouble connecting to it, and the receptionist came out without being asked and sorted us out. The hotel is located near a small lake which made for a nice walk before bedtime. The rooms are nicely done with good facilities. Slightly interesting that the rooms are not actually in the main hotel building but in a separate block, but this was not an issue as you had quick and direct access to the room from the car park. No dragging your stuff along endless corridors.

Not an awful lot to do in the area, other than a brief walk along the edge of the lake.

Excellent restaurant and bar terrace plenty of parking on site. We had a first floor room looked newly decorated very comfy and cool. The location is great for a visit to Le Mans museum and track which is fantastic. The lake by the hotel was packed with locals on holiday good atmosphere.

Hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had been refurbished and looked very good as did the outside area. Also dog friendly and staff were very helpful.

Nothing really, it was a bit like a building site but you can't make an omelette without breaking an egg

The room was perfect on the ground floor as requested as we had our 2 dogs with us. Perfect for a stopover on our way down through France. Bed was comfy and nice clean room. It is situated right by a lake so great for walking the dogs too.

As there weren't many people staying, the restaurant wasn't open. Also there were celebrations for Bastille day so lots of people in the park area right next door to the accomodation. It was not good the organisers of that event saw fit to launch the fireworks display about 10-15 metres from our accommodation.
