The bed is super comfortable and the burning hot shower and water pressure - amazing. Subway station is 5 minutes away, plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The room view of the harbour is lovely.

Everything was perfect. Although tap water is safe to drink in Hong Kong, I found it has a strong taste of chlorine so it’s disgusting. Of course not hotel’s fault cause it’s probably the same everywhere. Oh, I forgot to take out cash for the 2000 HKD deposit on my way from the airport so I used my visa debit card. The amount will be on hold with the bank for about a month, although the hotel said they release it on the same day of check out. Bring cash or use a credit card instead.

Initially room chosen was considered too small. We upgraded at additional cost to a room that better suited our expectations. Room cleaning was ok but not top notch. Bed not made very well would be an example. The area itself was very enjoyable. Because of the sporting facilities immediately across from the hotel we had great harbour views. there were lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bus and MTR access was very close and easily found and accessible. Causeway Bay was an easy stroll through Victoria Park to reach

Ostensibly there wasn't anything not likeable. As previously stated our initial room expectation was quite what we expected and the make up service could have been better.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 14 days and we felt at home from the first day till the last one. We will definitely come back next year. The hotel is in excellent location, very close to metro station, but at the same time in a less busy neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. One side of the room is a large window with unobstructed view of the harbour. There is a kind of bench along the window that you can sit or put things on top. The WiFi was super fast and reliable for working and video calls. The staff went the extra mile for all our requests. All areas of the hotel are super clean. The gym is 24 hours. There is always someone at the reception, usually 2-4 people, so it feels very secure. The room, bathroom, shower are all very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and there are different types of pillows to choose from. The washing machines and dryers were very handy. There are several of them and well taken care of by the stuff that clean them regularly. The safe is large enough to fit 2 large laptops and other valuables. There are lots of shelves in the main room, large wardrobe and also a big cupboard under the sink in the bathroom, so you can fully unpack your suitcase and feel at home. The air-conditioning is very efficient and controlled individually within the room. The pantry next to the gym offers free coffee and small snacks like biscuits.

There was nothing really that we didn't like! Very very minor comment: the Apple TV would be more useful if it came with a subscription too.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Public transportation was only a few minutes walk away. There were markets and a grocery store about 300 meters away. Victoria Park was a three-minute walk, and the harborfront was about 10 minutes away. There were restaurants and coffee all around. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was awesome. Having self-service laundry facilities for free on-site was extremely helpful. A huge highlight was the view of the harbor from our room. It was stunning. We will return.

The staff did not seem very friendly or like they truly wanted to interact with the guests. However, when we had questions, they responded quickly. Also, we could hear our neighbors very clearly when inside our room. However, it was not disruptive to sleeping.

Great place if you're visiting Hong Kong. Located in a very nice area with a lot of restaurants and cafes but also very quiet. Very friendly staff and always very helpful. The room was great, very clean and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely return for a stay here!

Stunning views, great facilites, very comfortable beds. Heidi who helped with the booking was exceptionally helpful and straightforward. The rooms are very stylish, with well thought out layout. The bathroom was so clean and fresh and housekeeping staff were discreet and efficient. The location is a hidden secret - so central, yet quiet. The neighbourhood has some very authentic eateries - we had congee made a congee master, delicious! Slippery egg in a local cafe was the best we had during our travels. We didn't have time to go to the cool contemporary coffee bars nearby... we needed more time!

I think staying in HK/China is not easy for foreigners as there are so many tech issues to deal with - as in Wechat/SIM cards etc.. In other countries I've been to, concierges are very aware of this so have been very helpful. Can I suggest that one of the front desk staff is informed to help guests out?

Hopefully more people can find out about this gem. Breathe taking open view, close proximity to restaurants and delicious food, close to Causeway but quiet and classy.

This room was a big surprise. The hotel first page which shows a small brown building didn’t impress me. What impressed me was after open the door to my room. I requested a room on a higher floor but was given a room on 11 floor which was fine. I didn’t miss the ocean view because the view of the temple below was great. One morning I saw a red bird flew to the tree opposite and I wish I had a binocular. I like seeing ordinary people doing ordinary things. On a misty drizzly morning there were 2 cleaners sweeping leaves. People walked their dogs in front of the temple. There was a road across the way and double decker buses ran now and then. The room is comfortable, the bed soft. There is a light switch that controls all the light . There is a small fridge. There are complimentary 2 cans of water, tea , coffee and an electric kettle. The window is almost ceiling to floor which I love the most about the room, with a small ledge on the bottom and a good place to sit and put on my shoes. The room was super clean and garbage was emptied out daily. The personnel at the front desk was very helpful. Checking in was a breeze. Checking out the same. The hotel is in a great location. MRT Tin Hau is less than 5 minutes away. Coming from the airport on bus A11s, you have to walk maybe 7 minutes but leaving for the airport , is like 30 meters away on the same side of the street and it takes 2 minutes.

There is nothing that I didn’t like but I do have a wish list. The TV is too big and blocked the great view. I wish the TV can be lower mechanically , somehow. The room is for two persons. I would love to have a small sofa but I think there are bigger rooms with sofa and other amenities. My room is suitable for short stay and for longer stay, the hotel has serviced apartments.

It felt like home away from home. The self service laundry facility is the best.
