Beautifully restored hotel.

An awful lot of instructions regarding keys and codes. Very confusing when you arrive alone at 9pm in the dark with a car to park. The thermostat said 19 degrees in the room but I was cold. Very strange. A bar menu in the room but not a drink of any type available. A hotel? I was alone at breakfast next morning. The waitress told me I was the last to arrive (an hour before they were finishing) and I really felt like I was keeping her from something more important. In fact she left me to go to a meeting.

We stayed here for second time and even in same room. Room is big, spacious, good bed size, location met our expectations. Hotel has own parking. But first time we little struggle there to find how to come to hotel and parking, but for second time we knew the way ,so it was very easy. Breakfast quite simple, but no complains , since all was fresh. Nice inside yard of the hotel, we could not enjoy during winter stay, but in summer definitely would use it.

Large room, huge shower room, perfect cleanliness. Breakfast is good by local standards.

Very strong audibility in the rooms. In the middle of the night, the roar of some bottles was heard for quite a long time. The feeling that the roar was right under the room or in the room. Difficult access to parking and hotel by car. I had to go 100 meters contrary to the signs. Otherwise, the navigator did not build the path. We made two circles before we were convinced of this.

Unexpected large room and bathroom with all facilities included. Great inner yard with tables where you can enjoy a drink or even eat a snack. Good breakfast and coffee which starts very early in the morning ( 06.30) which allowed us to eat properly and have our coffee before heading to the airport. Creative way of differentiating the rooms ( by names not numbers). Welcoming host.

The hotel was very beautiful, the parking convenient and the breakfast was good. We weren't aware that there was nobody at reception; so we arrived at the hotel without informing about our arrival time. But someone came quickly to check us in. The room was warm (it was raining and cold when we arrived), big and very pretty. Our stay at the Rocco Hotel was the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed everything!

Stuff at reception at evening time don't know English and very difficult to communicate with. Parking lot is not by the hotel and not easy to get to in the first time. Breakfast is very basic.

Absolutely lovely! Very close to public transportation, extremely easy to get to the center of Bergamo, direct bus to train station to go to Milan. Lovely breakfast with a variety of choices of pastry, bread, coffee, tea and even panna cotta. Nice staff, easy check-in. Quiet surroundings, can take a walk in the nature nearby!

The property was well appointed in a small town with access to local amenities, overall a very good experience and will look to book at another time in the year

The radiator in the bathroom had a water hammer noise during the night but other than that the accommodation was well appointed and comfortable

We just stayed one night in the hotel to get the airplane in the next morning close to Bergamo. Was pretty nice place and the staff really helpful. The only thing they can improve is a small breakfast takeaway for the people that depart early in the morning,

Very comfortable pleasant stay. Lovely courtyard area. Located in pleasant quiet streets.

Bit hard to find with my gps. Got there in the end. Awkward turn into narrow street to get to small car park.
