Everything was amazing. Room cozy with complementary coffee and tea. Good location, not at the center but very near and walkable distance. Room was big and spacious with an empty mini bar if we needed to store something. Very well equipped.

There was too much dust on the towel warmer. Shower was a bit broken and water temperatures kept changing but wasn't that much of a problem as we just stayed one night.

Great location and good value for the money. I do, however, want to highlight how amazing our host was. The check-in details were extremely well explained, very helpful, but i want to especially mention how amazing our host was when it came to problem solving. After an issue that had nothing to do with the property, our host was extremely helpful and efficient. Unexpected things happened, but the way this was handled was 10/10. I will recommend this accompanying to everyone. Also having Romanian speaking staff was a huge plus for us and found it very helpful.

Good apartment in a calm neighbourhood not very far form the historic Bergamo center (25 min walk) and from the Porta Nuova bus station. Big and comfortable bathroom and nice bed with soft (maybe even too soft :)) materace. Helpful host, possibility to leave Your luggage before or after the stay in the restaurant on the base floor (after contacting the staff).

A room might be too dark for some (it wasn't a problem for us). "Kitchen" allows only for the preparation of tea and basic breakfast - you certainly won't be able to cook a dinner there.

Breakfast was not available in the hotel, but on the other side of the street there was a small cafe to have some breakfast. Location was good: distance to the station and old town was reasonable (15-20 minutes walk) , but do have good shoes anyway! Host was very helpful! In Whatsapp she answered all our questions and gave good tips for day trips in the nearby of Bergamo.

Good location and very clean apartment. Easy to check in and check out. Bakery near and the train station with walking distance. Also Citta alta funicular is around 2 kilometers. There is a coffee maker and microwave on the room.

The old door and using the shower was first for me a bit tricky, while I am not so technical lady, but finally I figured it out how to use them😅 there were good instructions

The room was really good, the bed was extremely comfortable and this was exactly what we needed, as we have made many trips and walked a lot during the day. The room was fully equipped with everything, starting from shower gel, hair dryer, extra pillows, and ending up with a lovely coffee and tea corner. We even had the possibility to turn on and off the heat when needed. Another great thing was the location: about 15 min walk to the train station, and around 30- 40 min walk up the hill to Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, which is great if you want to see the city from above. And the best part was the host. She was incredibly kind, and helpful. She showed us the room and how to use the amenities when we arrived (and at the end there was a self check out). She helped us print some bus tickets free of charge, and even asked us if we need to leave our luggage after the check out, but it wasn't the case as we had our flight back at noon. Though we really appreciated her intention. As a conclusion, I would totally recommend this place :)

The apartment is located in the lower city. 10 minutes from the bus stop from the airport (Porta Nuova, bus number 1). There was a common kitchen with a fridge and a cooker. In the room there was a TV and a coffee maker. The room had air-conditioning. It was clean. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street. The owners have a restaurant in the building next door, where you can eat and store your luggage.

Towels were very thin, because they were washed and used so many times. Some furniture would need replacement.

Nice, big, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillow, warmth, nice blanket. Functional refrigerator. In the bathroom there was a towel and soap, a large mirror. Pleasant, smiling gentleman who welcomed us and waited exactly on time. Right next to the accommodation, 10 meters away, there is a supermarket, bakery and gyros. There is a pizzeria restaurant in the building. From the airport, bus number 1 goes to the Porta Nuova stop and then from the stop it is a 10-minute walk along the main road. Easy according to goggle. The bus is right in front of the airport entrance, where there is also a ticket machine. We couldn't find a ticket machine in the city and drove without a ticket. We didn't make it to the historic center, but the apartment seemed to be very close to the sand.

Cutlery, knife, bowl, plate are missing. Although there is a microwave, there is nothing to put food on. One towel smelled.

The room was cosy and well clean in a historic palace of the 17th century. Excellent location between the railway station and the city centre. The restaurant-pizzeria "Marechiaro", which belongs to the property, serves delicious food and offers 10% discount for the B&b guests.

The Air Conditioning did not work very well. This was quite annoying because the room looks out the main road and the car noise coming up 24/7 prevented from opening the window. Thankfully it was not too hot.

Location is just perfect. Very close to the Bus station, airport and Citta Alta, shops, restaurants within walking distance. Spacious room with private bathroom. Daily cleaning service. Coffee machine, fridge, microwave in the room. Very convenient. Large wardrobe with hangers and iron! A few cotton towels, shower gel in the bathroom. Cleaning service lady is very nice.

I was disappointed with pizza downstairs in the restaurant. A little bit burnt and dry dough.
