This Motel is close to Storyland which is an attraction for young children. Their Motel made the perfect spot to unwind after a day at that park. The pool was inviting and there was a wonderful playground/play area for kids to keep them entertained and get their energy out. In addition for traveling families they provided a back yard feel with the ability to enjoy a campfire as well as grill out and eat outside at the picnic tables onsite. Thank you for having a nice spot to fill all of our needs.

Nothing they had any control over, pool felt cold but it was a cooler day so what can anyone really do about that!

We have stayed before and the staff/owners are absolutely awesome. Friendly and welcoming. The room was SPOTLESS! We have stayed in many places in the area, and it's the cleanest bathroom I have had to date. Even in comparison to higher-end hotels. We like that it is close enough, but also a little bit off the regular busy path of other places to stay. They have a great play area for those with younger children.

The person in the room next to us had a young child who they let, quite literally for over an hour first thing in the morning, run up and down the breezeway slamming, kicking, and punching screen doors while screaming at the top of their lungs. There was no way this could not be heard by all who were in this area. Now, here is the thing, we have 4 children, and we know kids do things, clearly this parent just did not care about the rest of the people staying there, so, in my opinion, someone from the staff should have stepped in to make a phone call and ask them to take their child to the nice play area to run off some energy. Aside from this unfortunate issue, the beds in the non-cottage rooms were not very comfortable.

This hotel was very clean. Nice comfortable beds. There is everything you need in the room. Wifi is automatic with out having to put in a password. TV had all streaming. The pool is very nice and clean. The playground was the best for my grandchildren! They absolutely loved it!! I will plan to stay there next year.

This motel has been refurbished and the bathroom felt brand new with a real opening window above the shower. Everything was clean and the owners were so accommodating and a delight to deal with. It was very affordable for the North Conway area and they had a terrific play area for children and a swimming pool.

Call me crazy but the color and design of the bedspreads belonged to a different era - a different design would really make the place look up to date.

Before the stay I messaged the owner it was my sons birthday and if she could leave a little card for him and she did! The special memory my son will never forget! Thank you Donna! It was a blast, we didn’t even need to leave the hotel. The park was so great for my 2 and 5 year old and the pool was clean and warm!

Breakfast? Did I miss something?

I always hate to complain but the bed was full of hard lumps. I’m quite thin (and 78 with a very bad back) so it was very uncomfortale. Fortunately, there were plenty of pillows and blankets so I could wedge myself into some relief.

The property was very clean, had everything you need; additionally there was a large outdoor play area, basketball hoop , pool, and fire pit by the woods.. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were extremely nice and I think they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

The owner was great and accommodating! My grandson left his toy dino behind, and they are sending it via mail for him to have. Super clean, close to many outdoor adventures, and Conway just down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing. We loved it all!

The hotel was clean and tidy. The room included a love seat sofa which was a plus for us. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel owner was friendly and even gave us great hiking tips and info on a couple waterfalls in the area considering the weather was rather poor. Would stay again.

Convenience of location, easy access for parking and unloading, private even with occupants next-door. Owners demonstrate a lot of care simple comforts for guests. Our show recent remodeling. Fun, safe, novel playground for children guests
