The room was beautiful and clean. The heat and AC both worked well. -yes, I needed both- The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was not as close as I had thought but not far at all. The walk to the water once on the beach was definitely longer due to the erosion prevention happening during my stay. It was quiet and private and as a solo traveler I felt safe.

There were few drawbacks. Nothing that was a deal breaker for me. The shower is tiny. If you need any type of added space in a shower stall, this room is not for you. I can't speak to the showers in other rooms, but 103 has a very small shower. Again, of you need something bigger check to see if they have a room with a larger shower space.

Unit was newly remodeled and very nice. Only 200 yards to beach. Easy parking right in front of unit.

No ice maker in unit or ice maker on site. Only problem was traffic. If you want to go off the island it may be easier to go by Bonita Beach to exit ( 15 miles) instead of FT Myers Bridge (3 miles). Time your visits to mainland. Coming back can take an hour to go 3 miles.

When I arrived ms. Daniela was warm friendly wonderful sweet hostess. I loved I had my own private entrance to the room. Water pressure was super powerful hot water. Loved the beach was close. Quite. Very well maintained squeaky clean. Smelt fresh was fresh and clean. felt safe and very quite for this time of year... not much traffic not many people on the beach. First time here will definitely be back.. home away from home.

I'm satisfied with everything! The bed was a king. Could be a little softer but otherwise it was perfect!!

I love that the staff bent over backwards to get us what we needed/wanted, for a week long vacation, after our initial booking was incorrect.

The room we were booked into had a bed, which was comfortable, with only enough space around it for one person at a time...between the bed and the door and the bed and the bathroom. The closet door was maybe 18 inches wide! The room we were under the impression that we booked had a kitchenette. THAT room was fabulous!!

Check-in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly! The room was small, but we knew from the photos that it would be. it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was ample space for us to store our belongings in the drawer space and small closet. There was a decent size refrigerator with a freezer large enough to store a bag of ice. A coffee maker and filters were provided and we bought our own coffee, although they did have limited quantities at the front desk. We had a nice balcony with table and chairs outside our room where I had my morning coffee and watched the sunrise. Beach access was an easy 5 minute walk down a side street and we went there nightly to watch the sunset - and found some great shells! Parking was limited, but we were able to park right outside our room. Even though we were there during spring break, it was quiet and we had no issues. It is an older property, but we enjoyed our stay and feel like we got a great value for our money. We stayed for five nights and are already planning a return trip next year!

The hotel is about three miles from the heart of FMB. As we were there at spring break, traffic was horrible trying to get into FMB and parking was expensive - anywhere from $20 to $40 a day. There is a trolley stop across the street, with trolleys that are supposed to run about every 30 minutes from early in the morning until about 11:00 p.m, We went online and purchased trolley tickets, three day passes for $4 per person. We used them the first day and waited over an hour for the trolley to come pick us up. We thought the return trip would be better, however, we waited 1 1/2 hours and never did see a trolley returning in our direction. We finally called an Uber, which arrived in 6 mins and only cost $12. Needless to say, we didn't use our remaining two days of trolley passes.

Dog friendly and our dog made many friends on the beach! Always leashed people would ask if they could pet him and since he is very friendly, they could. We did love the beach and access was very good. The hotel is quiet and neighbors and staff were very pleasant. The room could use an extra rocker or easy chair as there is plenty of room. For the price we were very satisfied.

I wish they had housekeeping services. They said that because of Covid-19 they were not offering the service. The state of Florida has been opened for awhile and no mask mandate so didn’t understand why no housekeeping. I stayed for 4 days and there was a lot of sand on the floor and not having clean towels and sheets was a disappointment

Although property being renovated after hurricane Ian, a sign outside letting you know where to go and that the room was finished may have helped.

Very close to the beach. Be sure you have a reservation for a room with your own outdoor space. We had 2 different rooms. The first one was 207, a room without outdoor space. The second one had its own outdoor space and that was great. very friendly and helpful staff. Good parking space. Even our visiting friends could park in the area.

The kitchen equipment was a disappointment. No cutting board. You have to cut on the countertop. No big knife to cut salad or bread. No bowl to mix a salad in. Very noisy air condition.

The location was great for the money. It is a short quiet walk, about two blocks, to the beach. The beach was wonderful, and not at all crowded. The motel supplied beach towels and beach chairs. There was a small balcony outside the room which was also nice. Also liked the keyless entry, just needed to put in a code. No keys to keep track of. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

The room was pretty small, my husband and i had to take turns in the bathroom. The air conditioner was situated right over the bed so air was intermittently blowing on us
