Absolutely superb. I actually can’t believe that this is rated 3 stars. It was exceptional in every area.

A little bit far from where the action is. But with Grab - both transport & food is easily accesible

Thanks <3 • There are motorbike rentals available at the hotel, making it very convenient and I got a brand new motorbike • The staff assisted us in finding a driver with private transport (paid by card additional 3%), as many Grab drivers do not accept card payments

• Two cockroaches. “Maybe” cause i was in the corner room • Please improve the cafe so that it can serves more than just breakfast • No ironing was provided. Needs to bring your own • Please add more lighting at the main entrance and in the swimming pool area for the rooms with pool access

The hotel is in a nice location outside the noisy Ao Nang centre, so very quiet place to come back and wake up there.The room was really clean, comfortable and good quality. Bed very comfortable, aircon good, decor good, balcony view to the mountains and sea very relaxing. Cleanliness was fantastic. Pool area nice and clean. The omelette breakfasts were delicious, very good portion size, with fruit, toast and drink included. The friendliness and quality of customer service of all staff members was exceptional, they made our stay very special, thank you. If you take a cab/tuktuk it's about 300baht, or you can rent a scooter. It's too far to walk to the beach or town. If you want a place that is really quiet and relaxing with lovely people Heaven View is your place to be!

Great stay, exceded expeciations. Stayed 3 nights. Very nice room (looks as good as the pictures), large clean and comfortable, had great sleeps. View from balcony is spectacular. Hotel is clean and quiet, removed from the busy areas. Very nice breakfast and the coffee was excellent, the little cafe is a nice spot to sit (coffee juice and snacks). Pool is beautiful but needs some shade around it, it gets hot! Laundry service great. Staff are excellent in particular the main front desk person, we can't remember her name but we remembered she said it was like Thai for banana :), she was great! Keep in mind this hotel is a little further out, need a taxi to get anywhere restaurants etc.

Shade around the pool would be nice. But no big complaints this place was great.

The bed is super comfy. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The pool is beautiful. We had a pool access room and it was lovely to step onto the terrace and straight into the pool. We had some laundry to do and the hotel arranged this for us. We liked that the hotel was a little secluded and that we needed a moped to get there. Nothing was too much trouble...

Every night during our stay there were stray dogs barking in the abandoned waterpark next door. We understand that there is nothing that the hotel can do about it, but it did waken is. The bathroom was a little smelly one evening due to the drains. The breakfast didn't have great choice for us being vegetarian. Staff are a little noisy on reception in the mornings. We were in room 102, not far from reception, and you could hear the reception team speaking to guests from around 7am.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful cliffs so make sure to choose the room with the mountains view. Probably one of my best stays ever and that is also due to the wonderful staff. Both girls working at the reception when I was there were so lovely and friendly however Sao took an exceptional care of me when I realised I lost my phone at the taxi. She was helping me with translations, she was trying to contact the help desk of the taxi company and the driver himself. She was so wonderful, understanding and caring. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Thank you so much Sao for everything you did!

My wife and I recently stayed at Heaven View Krabi Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel is beautifully located in Ao Nam Mao, offering stunning views . Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
