The facilities were excellent, very clean and comfortable with amenities beyond expectations. My room was very spacious and well designed with everything necessary for an exceptional stay. The staff were all very friendly and courteous, extremely helpful and appreciative of my business. Christina S. from the breakfast room was a breath of fresh air, extremely cheerful and attentive to my breakfast experience and also handling my check-out. Hopefully she can be recognized by management for her exceptional performance and great attitude, she is fully capable of greater responsibilities.

Nothing, everything about Ashley Inn was beyond expectations, so much that I came back for an additional night.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect.... The Jets in the jacuzzi are extremely powerful... The pool was heated to a very acceptable temperature... I basically come to this hotel once a year for my birthday and this year it was especially memorable... The regional manager Scott made my stay a birthday I won't soon forget 🧐☺️😍🥰 we were all lucky to have him around to help during the holidays...

Pillows were kinda lame but I generally bring my own... My mini fridge decided to thaw itself while I was visiting 😜 nothing a towel on the floor couldn't fix 🥹🧐☺️😇 really grasping for straws trying to find something I didn't like.. my expectations were exceeded just birthday weekend....

Ice machines need to be on each floor. such an inconvenience .being on 1st floor only.. The soap dispenser in the rooms.. Must have been a man... No women would put soap on the other side of +a!!! really fix it. It's actually discussing to have t⁸o reach over and across the sink. HOLY MOLY.... Your prices of snacks. is ABSOLUTELY REDICKLOUS.. I asked if you had microwave popcorn 🍿 🤣. treed ya over here. i said, "$5.00 is a little expensive." Don't you think so.. Sorry, just being hones...t

When we first saw that our room backed onto the elevator we were concerned we would hear the elevator all night. We did not hear the elevator at all! The rooms are large and spacious and the beds are super comfortable. When we got up in the morning and went downstairs, we found out that breakfast was free. A hot plate of eggs, sausages and hash brown. You could make yourself waffles and toast. There were muffins as well as juices, coffee and hot water for tea. The staff were extremely pleasant and happy, especially the gentleman at the reception desk who I unfortunately did not get his name. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. It was a few blocks from a Casino and beautiful beach!

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! They're so warm and friendly, plus there's always fresh cookies for everyone. It felt very cozy and family-oriented. I purchased some adult beverages and they asked if I wanted to enjoy them outside on the patio, so they could light the fire pit for me. The breakfast was great and they always made sure everyone had everything they needed at all times. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

The place wasn't super clean - there was dust and debris on the floors near the beds and greasy fingerprints on random spots in the room. It wasn't horrible, but could've been a bit better.

Having read mixed reviews, we were concerned about cleanliness and room prep. We were delighted that everything was clean and ready for us. Some patrons had stated the "beds were too soft" as a complaint. Since when do you book bed firmness as part of your reservation? Yes, it was not as firm as we are used to but come on,it's a matter of taste. Main thing was we had a nice clean bed that was comfortable for our stay.

Breakfast room was a bit crowded and might be better if larger but the food was available and promptly prepared. Nothing extraordinary but satisfactory AND part of the cost so no additional expense. Would like more options in the exercise room but having free weights was a plus.

We return to the coast biyearly. Our recent stay in Lincoln city was memorable, exceptional and exciting! We stayed at Ashley Inn & Suites at Lincoln City, We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and genuine hospitality we received. Let's start with the biggest improvement opportunity in my opinion. NOT a deal breaker, yet a chance for guest and pet enrichment. Being pet friendly is appreciated and necessary! Offering pet amenities should definitely be added/included [dish/bowl-toy(s) towel, chew toy, bed, blanket, brush, treats] ***SOMETHING *** if you're choosing to charge $30 night. *+$150 for five nights =2 dog treats. Value? Did not seem like it!. Good news the ice bucket doubles as a water dish! (These are easy and affordable suggestions, luckily we arrived prepared) We've traveled to dozens of locations and have had more included without an additional fee. Lastly This FEE should be selected in BOOKING, not a suprise when checking in [or in fine print] when it's too late to leave the pet at home. We're all on a budget! It seems price deceptive or seemingly a money grab. In summary the suggestion would be to provide some additional VALUE for what seems like excessive pet fee(s). Just free suggestions with easy fixes provided. On to the exceptional! One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast service. The server, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a wonderful dining experience. Her speed, efficiency, and overall demeanor made our mornings that much brighter. Not only was the food delicious, but her presence truly made the breakfast area a cheerful place to start our day. I also want to commend your housekeeping staff for their outstanding work.

The rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. I am short and have mobility issues and the beds were high and a little difficult for me to get into. The staff is wonderful and we felt at ease the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to assure our comfort with every contact.

I understand pet fees but felt that $30 per night was a bit much. I always feel that I am paying for the less responsible pet owners and that angers me, not necessarily with the facility but with the less responsible pet owners.

I believe Trish was her name that took care of breakfast and she was just super. So sweet and kind and served everyone with so much kindness and did her job very well and is amazing with young children. All the staff we came in contact with were awesome. The lobby was so cool to have so many oops I forgot this they had it from Sweets and snacks to beer and juice and a little everything and in between. The pool was clean and the salt water was awesome. We loved that. The spa was perfect and our room was so pleasant. Definitely will be booking a stay again real soon. Great location quick drive to safeway or the walk to us market or Starbucks next door. Parking was great used the stairs more than the elevator they were easy and the halls are not long so it was fast and all around a great stay! A+

One of our windows would not open looked as if it may have had some problems like a leak or something was sealed shut. But it was raining so no big deal.

Loved the room, the size of the Junior Suite, the swimming pool being open, and the comfortable beds. Ninety-five percent of the staff were awesome and friendly. We loved almost everything about this hotel....

But, we could have done without the older check-in clerk being abrupt with us. We understand rules are rules, but when a younger teen is asking a clarification on a rule, interrupting them while they are still asking and treating them as if they are too dumb to understand is quite rude. We never got the clarification needed either because the clerk brushed her off and ignored us afterwards.
