The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the bed is super big and comfortable, nice toiletries, room comes with a fridge and a microwave so you be self sufficient

Airport shuttle as advertised is not actually available although when I mentioned this to them they said they would update the listing, they were more than helpful in booking a taxi. Wi-fi didnt work but they said they were getting it fixed. The gym could have more variety.

This modern hotel is perfectly located for the hipster Chapinero, but not in the middle. Near the Translineo, services, and the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT! Breakfast was delicious!

Extremely comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and did their best despite the language barrier.

I made several requests in writing through the booking app for the airport shuttle and received no response. I even attempted calling the hotel several times before boarding the plane and there was no response. They should check their messages online more often.

Location was close to some great restaurants and a short taxi to all the main attractions. Very clean and friendly approachable staff.

Not to be picky but the shower head was horrible. Who ever designed it needs a new career. All it was is a hose which did connect to the wall but the water would go straight onto the floor if it was in and connected to the wall. The only option was to turn it off while using the soap then rinse.

the location is great and the room is comfortable. that hotel has the necessary to pass the night however the room doesn’t have a iron. I think is very important to travelers

Large spacious room with big comfortable bed. hot shower and location were great and quiet

We only stayed 2 nights but there was no room clean. Reception need to open the front door for you when you leave and arrive.

The room has good sound isolation. The breakfast was good - some fruits, fresh juice, eggs (you choose how to cook them), bread/toast and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. It has good location in Chapinero - next to the bus stops, supermarkets and some restaurants.

The room looks much older than it's on the photos. If I saw the real photos, I wouldn't choose it among other hotels propositions. There is lack of electric light in the room. The lamps are opposite to the bed, and they light right into the eyes which is uncomfortable. And there are no lamps near or above the bed, so it's difficult to read, for example. You have to wait several minutes for the hot water in the shower There is a small kitchen in the room (which is great), but there is no kitchenware. We had to ask three times for a kettle and the cups before we finally got it.

the person in front desk was training other guys and give me the wrong room… so I go up and open the door and find people already at the room with their stuff. I came down the guy on the desk change my key and give me a new room , but not even say sorry about his mistake.

The Hotel was great for the price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good

2 issues need to be addressed. 1. Better towels 2. I had a issue with the bathroom sink was leaking alot of water.

Location was perfect, as well as the staff and the (huge) room. The hammock in the room is a nice touch.

Wifi is very slow, a real shame because everything else was great. A couple bottles of water would have been appreciated.
