Staying at the villa in Serenity Resort was a delight from start to finish, especially thanks to the adorable greeting we received from a friendly, cute dog upon arrival (Oscar)! This sweet welcome set the tone for a warm and memorable stay. The villa itself was beautifully designed, modern ,featuring spacious rooms, a private batroom and stunning views of the lush surroundings. The comfort of the bedrooms, high-end amenities, and peaceful ambiance made it the perfect retreat. With thoughtful touches from the staff and unique, pet-friendly charm, this villa stay was truly unforgettable.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, then this is the right place from you. Isolated, with all rooms (more or less) overe-looking the lake. When you wake up in the morning it is so peaceful to look out onto the water. We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4. They even give you swan food in the room to feed the swans and geese in the lake. We had free water in our room, together with tea and coffee.

There is not spa or pool or anything else to do, apart from fish in the lake (we didn't do this cause it's not our thing). It would be nice if there was something else you could do. Even having a couple of board games would have been good. There seems to be an area of the hotel which is not being used, like another restaurant but I'm not sure if it's because it was the wrong season, or because they haven't started using it or maybe they have stopped using it.

A very nice resort. Each of the rooms is detached and has a small jetty onto the lake with views to the mountains and some resident wildfowl. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room itself is lovely and well laid out, you can even look out to the lake whilst showering if you are bold enough 😁

Only 2 small grumbles: Room 1 was very close to the main road - once doors are closed you cannot hear it at all, but a little annoying in the evening outside. I’d suggest a hedge. There is no curtain to the front window, and lots of light comes in. We draped a towel over it, but it was still annoying.

Very friendly and helpful staff, both in the reception and the restaurant. Spacious apartment with nice view over the lake. Internet is working very well. Rich and well tasting breakfast. Comfortable furniture and beds. Silent environment. Good base for trips to the Brasov area and the surrounding mountains.

I would've loved to give 10 points to the resort but unfortunately there were two issues which should be solved before. 1. We counted 14 swallow nests all with chicks right over the door to the terrace. There were so many birds and their feces that we couldn't use the terrace at all. 2. There is a blinking light in the sleeping room, possibly from the smoke alarm, which is very bright and disturbing when it is dark. I know that alarms are important but does it need to blink every 2 seconds?

The view is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and the overall design of the resort is outstanding. We enjoyed feeding the swans with the pellets provided by the staff.

The breakfast took 50 minutes from order to table delivery and the portions were ridiculously small. The curtains were not opaque and the sunlight can be a problem in the morning.

Everything. The location is amazing, everything is brand new with stunning views. You get an amazing chance to relax while fishing, you see the mountains straight from your bed and the place is extremely quiet. Breakfast is very good as well. Each place has its own private deck for fishing, few swans on the lake. Parking available on site, no extra cost. Just bring a couple of fishing rods and drinks.

There is nothing I would mention(didn't have the chance to try the restaurant for dinner) You'll need a car of course but this is obvious. Maybe wifi, which is not so good at least in our room.

Very clean place, beautiful rooms with the view to the lake where you see the swans. Pet friendly. The restaurant is beautiful with a great service and food ( unless zacusca and vinete) . The mushroom soup is wonderful , the fresh juice and not only. Ritual cosmetics toiletries !!

Would be wonderful if it has a Spa /swimming pool . I understand there is a project in progress.

- we would have loved that the TV in the room wouldn’t be “closed” to content and there was option to use Netflix and Disney+ for example - small desk next to the bed is needed !

Breakfast was great - there were lots of choices and food was fresh. Restaurant foods were also very tasty. All the employees were very nice and kind to our dog, and he was alowed also inside the restaurant (we did not go inside restaurant with him because weather was fine and the terace is great).

Would have been better if there were more options for vegetarian food and more options for room service food

Fantastic facility that is modern, has incredible staff and makes you feel like on a retreat. We really enjoyed our villa that was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The tranquility and peace surrounding the resort not only made us feel safe but also like we were part of nature. Grace By The Lake, the on-site restaurant, was absolutely fantastic - food + staff exceeded our expectations. We also visited the stunning ballroom that has a fantastic capacity for large events. They also have a smaller room that can host a more intimate party - equally beautiful. We were mesmerized by the swans on the small lake paying a visit to us during our stay. Great location if you’re looking for a base to explore Brasov or other nearby attractions. We would definitely return again!

To do a-La-carte breakfast it would be beneficial for the property to increase the check-out time by at least half an hour or an hour, as breakfast is served till 10:30 and it takes a while when ordering. Therefore, you may encounter delays when you also need to check out by 11:00. Additionally, a few minor details such as ensuring thorough cleaning of the villas as the two we booked had a couple of cob webs in several corners of the room. Suggestion 😊: A SPA or massage services would significantly improve the resort’s amenities.
