This is an awesome hotel, everyone is friendly and if you need help they will go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. Our receptionist, Manuela, is very professional and an amazing person, the owner of the hotel, D-nul Costica, is a hands on guy, he fixed is no time the AC unit just to make us more comfortable. The beds are comfortable, high en quality, the restaurant is at the international standard and the personal is amazing. On top of everything you have there a huge swimming pool, entertainment all day and very peaceful nights. We will definitely want to come back. Thank you Garden Club for making our vacay a beautiful memory.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Brasov in a quiet location away from the main highway. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had an excellent evening meal and good breakfast. We would stay there again.

The restaurant closed at 2100 which might be inconvenient for some travellers.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to provide a good experience The pool was cleaned every morning the facilities were good

The pool was advertised as heated but it isn't There were lots of mosquitos in the room as there were no repellents present

People are super nice. Room big, clean and with balcony. And the bed..bed is the masterpiece: comfortable, great sheets, a lot of pillows! Parking place that can accommodate even buses. Location is grater for business and transit than for city tours.

The minibar is a bit too expensive. I have the impression that the expensive minibars are somehow outdated. The shower needs an update. I think that the original option was not too inspired, as they have that strange “box shower” with fan , music and multiple options. Now they got old and overused and they spoil the great feeling of the room.

Fine and clean hotel. Beds sleep wonderfully. Staff at reception very friendly. The swimming pool with sun beds is really a plus. The location is on an industrial estate, not near cosy streets and restaurants. If you have to do everything on foot, it's not ideal as you can't easily walk into the centre. We had a car, so for us it was not a big problem. We were glad we had a parking spot. :)

The breakfast was not very extensive but in itself fine. However the big disadvantage on day 1 at the breakfast was that there was no refill. This meant that when we arrived at 9.15 with our family of 5, there were hardly any rolls, egg and yoghurt left. This was probably also due to the staff member working at the breakfast that day. He kept looking at almost empty trays and did not replenish them. The next day, we deliberately went to breakfast a bit earlier, but the (other) staff that was working that day continually replenished everything.

The look of the hotel and the rooms were perfectly fitting the vibe of Brasov. Great breakfast. The beds are super comfortable.

Our room was near the exhaust hood (hota), so when opening the window there was a strong food smell. The other room we booked was ok.

Very large room, very large bathroom, clean and spacious. Nice stuff, helpful and friendly. Fine breakfast. Good value for the money.

Bed mattress quite soft.

Beautiful place, lovely garden, great staff, we had breakfast included in our booking and it was great, nice and clean, lots of variety, water, orange juice and nice coffee, lots of cheese selection ( love cheese ) fried egg, simple omelette, veggies omelette, sausages bacon, hot dogs deli vegetables cereals, toast a few types of bread mini butter croissants and every day they changed something. The room was great, spacious, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, I just sinked in. Very clean. Lovely hot shower. Big flat screen with a lot of channels, of course Netflix option on the TV remote that I haven't tried yet. Mini bar. Spacious balconies. Very happy with my stay. The only down side was not being able to use the pool due to cold weather.

I didn't like the fact that I had to use a cab everytime I was going downtown. So not happy with the location. But that's not a big deal as at the time of booking the plan was to come by car. Not the hotel fault the plans changed. Another thing I didn't like was that the weather didn't allow us to use the pool and since we had Doube Room with Pool Access ( 50RON weekdays and 60RON weekends ) a reduction or something like that would of been nice, but then again the weather was not the hotels fault.
