Very nice place to stay

Breakfast

- Good food variety - Helpfull staff: they gave good advice on what to visit and arranged the taxi service - Lots of activities - Good swimming pools - ATM inside the hotel

- The majority of the staff didn't speak English - Low quality and variety of the all included drinks - Couldn't understand the room cleaning schedule - The sand from the hotel's beach had loads of algae: sometimes it was the worst in comparisson to the beaches around - No AC (or very low) in the dining area and corridors

Rooms are big and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and there was plate with some food in the room. No clear information was given about the all inclusive package during checkin, but the next day customer management was extremely helpful showing as around the place. Overall food is good quality and with some variety. With the exception of a few, staff are friendly and even if they don’t speak great English they do make the effort. Animators work hard to make your stay enjoyable. At the time of stay beach was full of seaweeds, but was bearable. Hotel provides some extra activities at reasonable prices (1h camel ride was around 20€). Also hotel provides good rate to exchange money

Restaurant near pool took long time to serve food and waiter wasn’t that friendly. Several cocktails and imported drinks are not included in the all inclusive package.

I enjoy the staff which were all lovely and the entertainment nights.

for a 5 star I believe it could be more well kept. photos on booking are a bit deceiving, my room for sure needed a paint and some works done to make it more a 5* another thing was the beach, not sure if it was algae season but it had a lot and wasn’t always fun to be at sea.

I had a great stay at Ulysse Palace Djerba. The entire staff were so professional and showed true hospitality. they were accommodating to my elderly mom. So helpful and kind. I will definitely go back again to enjoy a longer vacation. kudos to all especially Adel, Ilyès, latifa, Manal, tahani, and Issam F&B manager. Thank you for your hard work and going above and beyond. Truly appreciate your dedication and attention to your guests. Bravo ❤️

We stayed in a very spacious renovated room with sea view. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the private beach at the hotel. Service and bar at the pool were very good. Even after check out, it was possible to spend the day at the pool/beach and also take a shower afterwards in one of the rooms. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

It‘s only small things that we would remark: Our minibar was not fully filled and also not regularly restocked. There was no room service even though the reception advertised it. And breakfast was more quantity than quality.

Compact and comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

The Beach and Pool Bar open at 10 and Close at 1800. For those either on Half Board or Inclusive this is not good value for money. They should open earlier and close later.

I loved the design, colours, sea view… Awesome Moorish bar. Perfect WiFi everywhere. As always in Tunisia all the staff were great, warm friendy and welcoming.

There was no bath tub despite bath being listed in the facilities. Bath or shower was also listed, but it’s a problem that info was contradictory and / not accurate, and for someone with my kind of handicap (very painful osteoarthritis in ankles) a bath is much better. Similarly, the à la carte restaurant was closed and it was buffet only with lots of walking.

Great stay, I knew the hotel from 10 years ago. It exceeded my expectations. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. The buffzt was great too. I really recommend Djerba and Ulysse especially this timz of the year.
