I had an amazing stay at this hotel last week! The facilities were top-notch, with clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms that provided ultimate comfort. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety to cater to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again!

I was disappointed by the noticeable difference in treatment between European guests and Libyan guests by the hotel staff. While the facilities and food were excellent, the inconsistent level of service left me feeling uncomfortable. Fair and equal treatment should be a priority for all guests, regardless of nationality. This aspect needs serious improvement.

The attention to detail was impressive from the beginning. When I arrived at the hotel, my flight was delayed and I ended up checking in after midnight. Despite the restaurant and bar being closed, the staff had saved a plate of food and a glass of wine for me, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I felt that every member of the staff contributed to making my stay special, every single day. After my first month, I did consider renting a house but deep down I knew it wouldn't be the same. I had a wonderful experience at the Mehari and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hôtel was very good , I really enjoyed my stay and every thing was perfect . personal are very professional and helpful , animation team , bar staff(slim,Ali , maître Akram ...) , restaurant, réception, housekeeping. Special thanks for the manager Anis , Afifa in réception, Aymen , all animation team ( bomba , max , chocolat,Yassin ,Sirine , Saïda in kids club , DJ momo, criss , Damiano...). I recommend this hotel for people who are planing to visit Jerba .

Quality of the food, but it changes every day which is good The staff is the strong point and also the weak point. Fantastic one day and quite fragile the next. Why fragile? Insecure in doing things, little communication about the services, and sometimes easy to misunderstand.

The family room had the right size. There was lot of variety of the food/menu. Good size indoor swimming pool. Good and clean exterior aqua park (we will book for next summer). The spa is also good. Big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially the waiters and the traditional bread lady (welcoming and helpful).

Soft drinks in the bar are really bad ( all the juice options were really bad , so we had to order coffee for adults and fizzy drinks for kids. Also, there were long queues during meal times (I think the restaurant is quite small compared to the hotel capacity).

This is my second stay in this beautiful hotel , I'm feeling so sad to leave this lovely atmosphere full of positive energy . Kindness of personnel and management make me feel at home , animation team drive me crazy with all activities they did during the day and night show as well. I'm considering this hotel as a five ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ facility.

Everything.. I ended up extending my stay... 3 times. Was supposed to stay for 10 days, 2 months later I am still here. I found it interesting that there are regular clients that stay here a couple of months a year, I might become one of them. There are one day, 2 day trips to other cities.. to the desert.. so yes, you can stay in an island and all of the sudden go to the desert, insane.

Special thanks to Souhayla, Mounir and Paco for taking perfect care of us during our stay. In spite of some inconveniences they did their best to fix it right away, quickly and professionally.

The pool area is very old-fashioned, more like a 2-star hotel. Sun loungers uncomfortable, straw umbrellas. Swimming pool with a depth of 2 metres, not very safe for our small children.

Staff very welcoming from the very beginning. the double room is big, spacious and clean. Also the hotel itself is HUGE with direct access to the Beach and separated pools for adults and children. Staff was extremely kind ,helpful and friendly. The service is just perfect. last but not least, special thanks to the animation team, I can say it was the highlight of our stay. We definitely recommend this Hotel if you want to be treated nicely, relax and enjoy.
