Reception was friendly and kind. Great location, (2nd adrmts) super close to the louvre and walking/biking to notredame, sacre cour, eiffel tower, arc de triumph etc. 2 blocks from Seine river, great food options and super accessible by metro. The builiding was nice. I was originally on the 6th floor, which had no elevator access ( but the 5th did) and the room felt unfinished, over looked the courtyard which wasn't much to look at. I spoke up on day 3, got moved to the front of the 5th floor. My view was much better. The room was much nicer and modern, felt more finished than the 6th. The breakfast was good, but exactly the same options everyday. Luckily I love meat and cheese and bread for breakfast. Appreciated the dairy free milk and yogurts, despite me indulging in the camembert and Swiss everyday! Would recommend.

No fridge in room. Could've used more storage, but totally understand given the size of room, they tried. I only had carry on, would've struggled to get full sized luggage open without covering the bed. I could hear every sneeze, cough, ALARM CLOCKS going off at 5am. The doors slam and echo throughout the hallways. Elevator is loud if you adjoin it. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Stayed 8 nights. Was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. The staff was really helpful. We had a 1st floor above the ground floor window on the street. With the window closed it was not too loud, with the exception of a police siren. You can just hear the metro line. I would stay there again. We had the optional breakfast twice and it is a good deal if you were going to go to a restaurant. If you were going to grab something from the bakery around the corner, that would be less money. This is 5 min from the Lourve and close to 2 metro stops and one RER. You can get a train to and from CDG airport from the RER station. You can't get a more convenient location to stay. Loved the air conditioning.

The elevator is small which is typical. It worked.

Everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive to detail. They went more than the extra mile to help me organise our visit and make it enjoyable for everyone. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfectly located for visiting all sights of Paris. It was everything I wanted for some specially invited guests.

It's very, very minor. Some soft seating in the entrance area could be a small improvement, but I realise the space is most needed for breakfast service. With seating in several lovely cafes just outside, it's not a big lack in this hotel.

Location is fantastic, the price is very good for it location and room was very spacious on the 6th floor really high ceilings. Room was very clean as was the reception/dinning area. Excellent sandwich shop round the corner from the hotel. in the centre of Paris lots of fantastic bars and restaurants nearby.

Bathroom and shower cubicle very small, if you are a big person you will struggle to wash yourself as there is no room to swing a soap on a rope. no lift to my 6th floor room and lift ground floor was faulty so if staff where not around you had to walk up to the 1st floor to access the lift, but only to the 5th floor. corridors and approaches to the rooms are very old and in need of modernisation but once you are in the room it is very modern. no bottled water in the room but had basic tea coffee making facilities.

Location could not be better. A few hundred metres away from the entrance of the Louvre, the Seine river and other important landmarks. Great restaurants and cafes within steps of the hotel. Franprix grocery store also only steps away from the hotel and very convenient.

The significant amount of construction around the hotel, in preparation for the Olympics, somewhat takes away from the charm of Paris and the 1st Arrondisement. However, this is nothing the hotel can change. The hotel itself was great. The breakfast was also on the expensive side considering many options in the vicinity.

The location is ideal. It is very convenient for many landmarks and they are accessible on foot. It was my second stay in this hotel and I stayed there because of the location close to my favorite places. The view of the beautiful building of the Ministry of Culture from the window was an additional plus. I also liked the smell of their hand washes, body lotions, hair conditioners and etc. It was great to have containers for recycling plastics, paper and etc inside the hotel near the lift.

Lack of an armchair and not big room size (typical for Paris)

We loved our room. It was spacious and very comfortable with two windows for light. Location was excellent, close to cafes; easy walking distance to The Louvre; shopping, and the hop on hop off bus stop which we used.

Breakfast was okay but basic. Although convenient to have hotel breakfast, for a similar price we thought it was better to get breakfast at one of the many cafes near the hotel as there are plenty to choose from.

The staff was amazing. This was our first trip to Europe and barely knowing French, we were anxious about our ability to navigate the city. Our staff was amazing at helping us figure out the metro, other sites to see not on our list, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The location couldn't be better. We felt like we were at the center of everything we wanted to do and see for the two days wewere in Paris. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the metro, the Louvre, the Seine River, Notre Dame, the Opera House. The metro was easy to use to get us to the Eiffel Tower and the Basilica of the Sacre Coeur. Also, we were close to wonderful dining.

The accomodations were small compared to what we are used to in the United States. But, we were only in the room long enough to sleep or get ready for our next adventure so it wasn't really an issue.

The room was cute and had everything you need. The beds were comfy. The hotel has the perfect location to explore the city. Definitely would stay there again.

Breakfast is good if you like the French pastries and bread. However if you prefer bacon and eggs in the morning you will be disappointed, all very watery. No fresh fruit either. Breakfast has room for improvement.

The location was excellent. Staff kept rooms very clean. Breakfast options were generous. The room had plenty of storage, a small sitting area, and a view of the courtyard. Desk staff, particularly the blond-hair lady, was very helpful when I needed transportation to various venues and from the hotel to the airport. This is the second time I have booked Timhotel Le Louvre. It is a gem for the price!

I have no complaints about any aspect of the hotel or its staff. I have only positive comments regarding this hotel.
