Its location was excellent very close to Central station of Milano and also close to Metro station both M1 and M2 ( red and green lines)

You have to carry your luggage’s a few steps while going to the elevator. There should be a sloping down way

I stayed for one night and the hotel offered all the basic amenities, it was value for money. The location was good, just a short walk from the bus and train station. It was less close to the historic center, but I still could walk to the attractions and restaurants. My room was quiet with stable Wi-Fi. Despite the freezing weather outside, the room was exceptionally well-heated. The hotel's surroundings appeared safe for a solo female traveler to explore the area late in the evening without any worries.

the service was exceptional. we were planned to arrive early and asked whether it was possible for them to hold the luggage for us. The reply was very quick and were ready to help us. Something which is also positive is that the check-out is at 12:00. This gave us time to still go around and then come back before commencing our travel back home. There is a small frigo bar in the room. Shower was good and overall very clean. Will stay again when I return to Milan. Location is also very good between 2 Metro stations , the RED and the Green.

There were 2 bottles of water in the frigobar. It would have been amazing if these were complimentary. This is not really a negative rating but just it would have been perfect.

The location is excellent for the train station and metro. Otherwise, it isn't a particularly interesting area. There are quite a few pizzeria within walking distance.

The bed is super hard. I like a hard mattress and was initially delighted, but I actually found it hard to sleep. There's no air-conditioning at this time of year and no fans are available. I was too hot and would have appreciated a small fan. I was told to open the window, but it was far too noisy. Like most places that don't have carpet, you can hear a lot between the floors. The people above kept dragging their chairs along the floor. I could also hear people speaking – this wouldn't have been the case if I'd had a fan!

Very helpful friendly staff, very clean..Central Station and Lorena metro less than 10 minutes walk away.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim..

Our family of two parents and three adult children rented three rooms at this hotel. The front desk staff were outstandingly helpful and pleasant. They recommended restaurants for us and also ordered a van taxi for us to get to the airport. The rooms were spotless. The bathrooms were fairly large. The air conditioning worked well. The wifi worked. The hotel was reasonably near two major subway stations and was walking distance from the main train station.

The beds were a bit hard. We picked this hotel because it appeared to be an easy walking distance from the Milan Central Railway Station. It turned out to be quite a long walk (800 m). One member of our party had some problems walking. When we arrived in the hot late afternoon, dragging a rolling suitcase this distance seemed difficult. In hindsight, we should have just taken a taxi.

Really good location - few minutes walk from Milano Centrale. Breakfast was super light (croissants, yogurt, coffee, juice), personally think a bit too expensive for what you get, but the taste was good. Close to the restaurants and small shops, everything you need for one night stay next to the station.

Room looked a bit old. Furniture had some scratches. In the evening, around 10pm a fire alarm went off so I had to get out of the bed and go to the reception when they told me it was a false alarm. Totally understand things like that could happen but it wasn't comfortable to go back to the room and try to sleep, not being sure it will not go off in the middle of the night. I missed proper staff reaction to the fire alarm, even if it was false.

Location (near the station), cleanliness, quietness.

None, everything suited my needs

For my first time in Milano, hotel Soprega is a short distance from Milano Centrale. I arrived at 11:30 pm and walked in the rain my myself to the hotel. Yet I had to ask further directions but I made it without any problems. The next day Walked from the hotel to the galleria duomo all by myself and I explored then returned to hotel with no problem also. I will stay at here again if I’m back in Milano if the mattress is more comfortable.

when I arrived there was no one at front desk so I waited few minutes till someone came back and helped to check me I can forgive the sounds from the AC from buzzing all the time. I can forgive the croissant for breakfast wasn’t good. I can forgive the orange juice was half a glass instead of full. I can forgive small room. BUT …I can’t forgive an uncomfortable mattress. To me - Having a good mattress to sleep on is essential. That will give you a good night’s sleep.

This modern and clean hotel was close to the train station. I saw other hotels that were closer but wouldn’t have been as nice for the price. This was a gorgeous modern foyer with breakfast, and cappuccino bar. The lemon water provided was so good I wanted to fill up my water bottle. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Free WiFi was good even in the rooms. The bathroom was large but in our room you had to step up (trip hazard in the middle of the night) we put a chair in front of the door to remind us of the step. lol This was clean, modern and spacious and in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Milan.

Nothing to dislike. Wish it would have been closer to the train station…but overall wasn’t a bad 20 minute walk.
