The beach is swimmable even in the rainy season. Friendly staff, great menu since taste and price are good.

The walls in the room are not clean. The bathroom as well, part of the walls have molds. I think monthly general cleaning will be a big help for a score of 10.

The location was great since it was a couple of minute's ride via tricycle to Poblacion. The staff was also very nice, accommodating, and polite—the free transport to and from the Sta. Fe Pier was a plus! The food at the restaurant was also delicious and priced reasonably.

The Internet is essential to me since my work heavily depends on it. There are parts of the hotel where the WIFI was slow especially in the room.

it's a comfortable to stay with a nice view, clean surroundings, and approachable staff, the food in their resto is good and tasty as well, the housekeeping is great, and they always attend all our requests. good location near the city center

We didn't have any issues during our stay at La Playa Estrella, they gave the guests excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean

Not so that I dont Like but I went there during rainy season And we experience some roof Leakage during our stay. Maybe some maintainance are needed on this place but dont get me wrong maybe on the dry season this place are awesome

They were so accommodating when we arrived up until we left the place. They were also very responsive when we have questions that needs to be answered. :)

Here are some of the things that I don't like: 1) We were not able to check-in on the exact time. We waited for 20-30 minutes before we can get inside the room. For me, it's not good if guests will wait for that long considering that they're too exhausted from the long travel. 2) Since we were not able to check-in on time, we were hoping that they can give us at least 20-30 minutes to stay for a bit in the room but that did not happen. 3) They should consider getting a generator set. We did not expect that, in the evening, we will have a power interruption. IF I'm not mistaken, the electricity came back around 11pm to 12 midnight. We were having a hard time sleeping since it was too hot inside the room.

The food from their restaurant were delicious. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room we booked was a bit small for a group of 4. It was mostly cloudy when we visit so we couldn't appreciate the sunrise and sunset.

I believe this is one of the best-value stays in Sta. Fe in Bantayan! The price is affordable, and although I didn't get the higher-tier rooms, our standard room is very comfortable. The beach in front of the resort is clean and has fine white sand and a sandbar in the afternoons! Also the food is good for its price and is served fast! Overall my friend and I really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to our friends!

I think the staff could have been more informed about details that usually concern guests such as ferry schedules, bus schedules, etc. Also, some of the restaurant staff should be more attentive with regard to some requests by the guests like storing excess food, order amounts, etc. Also, the restaurant could have employed a tab-system or charge-to-room system, as this could have been more convenient for guests, rather than paying cash after every order.

A tv in the rooms would have been great but not really necessary. A pool would be a great addition. Would willingly pay more for the pool. Food was great but would have been super if bfast was included in the accommodation.

I like our beds, they're very comfortable. The free shuttle service to and from the port is also convenient. The signal inside the rooms get weak but good thing their wifi is strong. I also love the shore. It's relaxing. Tho you can only swim when it's high tide (in the morning). The staff are kind.

Had problem with the water pressure in the King Room with Sea View. When other guests use the shower at the same time, the water in the shower becomes weak and it's hard to take a bath. Hope it could be improved since the room is really nice. The food is also a bit pricey

The staffs are nice and friendly. Very accomodating staff especially the receptionist and utilities.

The food choices are very few, not allowed to take outside food. For a person like me who has restricted diet, there's no much options for foods. I hope they allow food outside at least for someone who has specials needs.
